First time I’ve visited a park gate mobility shop (Worksop) and it won’t be the last. I was amazed at how much stuff there was in the shop and Ivana, the person who served us, was so helpful and patient

Iv been useing parkgate mobility for many years through mobilitability, and this year i i got my best ever electric wheelchair but i unfortunately got a puncture, over the weekend i phoned first thing on the monday mornjng towards the end of july and i thought i ciuld be waiting days if not longer before they can get some body out, but customer services got a great guy out that same day his name was phil, im terrible with names but his stuck in my head, for many reasons, he phoned me to let me know how long he would be when he got here we had a chat about it he was really down to earth and respectful so he took my chair out to his van he was out there a while sorting it out and we had a chat about his findings with it and the issue was sorted and we shook each others hand and of he went and what i never expected was i got a call later the following day and it was phil he was calling to make sure that the tire was still good, because although he found every thorn and changed the innertube it still bothered him that night, and to me that is a true gentleman who goes above and beyond for hjs clients, and in the future should i have any other issue i will ask for phil himself to come out if possible when calling parkgate, top bloke, and hey parkgate, get the guy a beer on me, thanks park gate but most of all thank you phil, ya a top bloke and true gent

I accompanied a friend to purchase a mobility scooter and the advice and the help we received from Adrian at the Wakefield Centre was over and beyond He was very friendly and knowledgeable and advised us exactly which was the best machine for my friend, which was not the most expensive one that he could’ve suggested Highly recommend anybody to visit this store

We were served by Adrian in the Wakefield store and he was fantastic with my parents and myself. Great sense of humour, approachable and had excellent knowledge. Purchased the rolls toe and he walked back to the car with Dad to ensure he knew how to walk correctly with it.

Professional and caring when purchasing a mobility scooter to give me back my independence. Ian was lovely, he helped choose and explained what would suit me. Talked us through and demonstrated how to take apart and rebuild, maintenance and insurance. Very helpful and patient with us. Highly recommend the Retford shop for mobility needs.

Hired a scooter for the day for my father from the Armthorpe branch.
The shop is very spacious and had lots of models to choose from. The service we received from Amy in the branch was excellent.
Nothing was too much trouble and she was Very helpful and kind to my parents.
Amy showed them how to dismantle and put together the scooter and let him try the scooter first in the branch to check that it was going to the right one for my dad.
It was a very relaxed experience and what my parents thought was going to be a stressful situation turned out to be a very pleasant one.
What was to be a one off occasion has now turned out to 2 more future bookings reserved in the coming few weeks.
Thank you to Amy and Parkgate mobility for your help and kindness to make my parents still enjoy the freedom and live an independent life still enjoying time spent with their family

Darren was super helpful in finding the right chair for me. He explained the specs of the chairs I tried in detail, didn't try and upsell me but found what worked for me. I found everyone I encountered at the company very polite, friendly and helpful and it made getting my first motorised chair so much less intimidating.

I just had Kevin A out to look at my mobility scooter. What a nice guy he is. He fixed the issue in no time, and then took the time to give me some advice about some mobility scooter questions I had all while being very cheery.
