SAJ IS A SUPERSTAR. I reached out with a question which was quickly answered and later when I placed my order Saj noticed I ordered a different model than I had inquired about and emailed to ask me about it. Saj was correct that I had mistakenly order a slightly different model AND was able to get it corrected before it shipped. WAY TO GO. You saved me a lot of headache and probably expense!!!! Thank you.

The cover is such a soft leather. Love that it has six slots for drivers license. It was delivered in a timely fashion. The leather is high quality. Would recommend it to anyone

Cheap and very thin. Poor quality poorly fitting to Apple ultra watch very disappointing as I want a pink strap.i would not recommend these straps. I’ve asked to give more information so the company know I’m a real person.order number #32035.i am allow my opinion the straps are cheap plastic very poor quality.

The phone wallet worked as expected. It allowed my phone to charge using MagSafe which is why I purchase it.
I guess it was not what I wanted as the phone did not come out of the wallet. I was looking for something a little different.
I also had the wallet show discoloration after a couple weeks. The far started to yellow.

I really liked the camera lens protectors, as they look good on my wife's phone, they match with the color and are made out of H9 scratch resistant glass and not plastic as many other cheap companies. I love the variety of items and the prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend this products and will definitely be purchasing more in the future.

This company is a scam. They "lost" my last package before USPS could even pick it up. Two weeks later they "shipped a new one" with the same exact tracking number as the lost item

After 3 years, I had to replace my case. So glad it's still available because it mounts magnetically to my dash mount in the perfect place for navigation, etc. Love the camera cover and the fold out ring stand. Great color selection.

The company have not responded to 4 emails requesting a return and refund. Neither have they responded to a dispute raised with PayPay - I do not trust this company and would not recommend anybody to buy anything from them.
2 days after my post the company reponded to my emails and satisfactorily resolved my issue.

i love the cases and style I just bought a case from here the one that flips down on the back for cards Iv only dropped it once but the case broke abit and I payed £30 for the case but it was on a discount it should of been around £60 it's good style and uses but not good quality I have only had it for a few months

I ordered a Diamond Tempered Protective Watch Cover from this company on 10th May paying £16.99. Despite an additional £3.95 charge for postage / packing, when the item arrived a week later, I thought the packaging to be woefully inadequate - a one layer bubble wrapped envelope and no box. Upon opening the envelope, the item was damaged, and is no use to me whatsoever. I have sent Parkfield Supplies 4 emails asking them to contact me with details of how I can return the item, and obtain a full refund of the monies paid. I’ve heard nothing. In the most recent one sent yesterday evening, I informed them that unless they made contact with me, I would be putting a negative review on this forum, and reporting them to Trading Standards. Still nothing, so let’s see if this galvanises them into doing the right thing, communicating with me, and refunding my money.

Update: As a direct result of the above post, Parkfield supplies have been in contact with me, have apologised and refunded me.

I ordered 2 phone cases and an extra was added and charged after I had completed my order despite clicking "decline offer" I emailed customer services immediately, within 2 minutes. I received a reply stating the order had already been sent to the fulfilment team. I have been charged an extra $48 for a case I have no use for.
Be very careful ordering through this website.

This is the third time ordering from this company and I have found the quality to be excellent, the communication to be excellent and the shipping time reasonable. Would order again and highly recommend.

Got an email saying thank you for buying ONE of our products but I brought TWO 😡 There is no ph number to contact you , I'm pissed !!!

The quality was very important to me, as I'd rather pay a little more for good quality.
Parkfield kept me informed of the product until in arrived at my door.
Will do business again in the future.
