Quote was good and after examining my items a reasonable offer made and accepted
I neglected to look at my spam emails so there was a slight delay in offer and payment (entirely my fault) but when I questioned the delay customer service response was almost instantaneous and issue resolved

I sold three phones to Innofinity Worldwide and it all went really smoothly. They were easy to deal with, kept me in the loop, and paid what they said they would with no messing about. Proper straightforward service, can’t really fault them and would use them again.

I sent my iPhone 13 Pro Max in good condition with a screen protector applied.

After their inspection, I declined their revised offer and requested my phone back. When I received it, the screen had significant scratches that were not visible before sending.

I contacted them with photos, but they denied responsibility and claimed the scratches were already there.

Communication was slow, and no resolution or goodwill gesture was offered despite multiple emails.

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend using this service.

scam , they lure you by offering you higher than RRP to get you to post your item to then deduct massively when they receive your item.

Service is exceptional - love the confirmation emails
1st that they have received the device - this included an ETA on assessment and payment.
2nd that they’ve paid.

Even though I annotated that the mobile I was selling was damaged it seemed to be a big surprise that there was damage, and I only received half the quote. Bit disappointing tbh

Sold some old iPhones, not all were in good condition, was quoted a fair price compared with other sites. Customer service was very efficient and payment was quick.

Excellent service .. I looked on site , found phones I wanted to sell .. added to basket , was given a price , they then sent me a postage label , and off they went via Royal Mail .
I then got an email saying they had checked the phones over & I had picked wrong phone , and a new offer for the one I had sent ( they were right ) … I had the option to accept or not .
Once I’d accepted the money was paid into my account about 3 days later . Brilliant !! Will be sending more things .
