Absolute peace of mind--no hassle!
Great service both at the drop off and with picking us up following the cruise. Transportation both directions was quick and the drivers very helpful. We definitely would use this place again and highly recommend it for convenience, cost and sense of security knowing that our vehicle was safely parked.

Great service - easy in and easy out with very courteous & friendly van drivers! Affordable and quick trip to the airport - a bit of a wait on the return yet not horrible. Car was in the front of the lot and the driver helped me take my luggage to my car. Will use the service again and have recommended it at every chance I get.

Port pickup problems
Your web site says pickup at the ship every 20 minutes - we waited over 45 minutes. We have used your service twice - but never again.

Thank you for the honest review, but our website states "Shuttles make rounds approximately every 20 minutes from 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM and approximately every 40+ minutes from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Disembark early for quickest service."
We encourage everyone to disembark early to avoid port traffic and delays that are far too common at Port Everglades. We hope that we can regain your confidence in us because we are just getting better and better.

These folks are serious professionals.
Our experience was excellent. They were helpful on the phone and more so in person. Next time we are in the area and need such services, I will certainly give these people my business. Excellent and friendly staff and drivers.
