App doesn't work resulting in high charges and support is awful
Lately the app doesn't work correctly and hangs when you try to end a parking action. Happened several times and when it's a 0.30€/hour parking it's not a big issue. When the charges are higher as in Amsterdam Center or Rottedam center that is a huge issue. Open a request of support with clear and convincing evidences of the check in and check out time at the parking space (with satellite tracking) and they don't accept it. So I ended up paying 40€ extra parking. I will dispute the case with my payment company and if necessary legally. I have canceled the subscription and I highly recommend you to do the same before it's too late.
