I would just like to make it known how very helpful Louis at Parasol pay/finance office was on Friday with me. He had the best possible manner on the phone, was very knowledgable and handled the call with me with perfect helpfulness and patience. He also made no mention of going beyond 5 o’clock…I noticed after a few minutes. Louis did not ask for this feedback….I just thought that he deserved recognition for such an excellent manner and professionalism… he is a natural for customer service…very well done Louis …thank you!😊👍

I am an Account Director working through Parasol and I'm always in touch with different requests. From setting up new assignments through questions on my invoices, payments, holidays. Jen is the one who picks up most of my requests and she's always been helpful and lovely. It's a pleasure working with her.

I have used parasol for about three years in total, generally their service is very good and we’ve worked through any issues together. Would use again.

Multiple times in my employment via Parasol over 18 months I was not paid for various reasons, twice my contract has been closed prematurely and I've had to jump through many hoops to reopen my employment. They accept money from the agency however have no checks to ensure it is paid, so you have to audit your pay yourself. I was short paid thousands which they 'found' and corrected months later with no communication or explanation. You need to self audit your invoices vs pay because they so not ensure what comes in goes out.

Currently trying to get my final pay again (after they closed my employment after direct request not too via email). The amount paid is incorrect, about 10% of the expected amount so back to customer services to see what's gone wrong this time.

I made a mistake on my timesheet which, would have caused an issue at the end of the month. However, I contacted Parasol and, they resolved it in super fast time. Many thanks Parasol for your swift and efficient service. :)

I've recently joined Parasol, working as a contractor for the first time. My experience so far has been very positive. I've just signed up for employer contributions to be made by Parasol into a personal pension and thanks to Lorraine Tench of the Parsol Pensions team the process was quick and painless, thanks Lorraine!

The service received from Prabhjot Kaur was very professional and polite and speedy.

Georgia Ratchford at Parasol was an absolute star.
I recently needed help sorting out some Student Loan Company queries and Georgia handled everything over email with real care and efficiency. She was incredibly prompt in getting back to me, which when you're dealing with SLC admin is genuinely a relief, and her manner throughout was warm and friendly.

It's the kind of service that makes a stressful admin task feel completely painless. Couldn't recommend her highly enough. Thank you Georgia!
