Paul delivered a very large piece to me personally as there was a problem with the courier. A charming, knowledgeable and generally great gentleman to share time with. Very very bad customer services
Very very bad customer services! Very bad attitude! bought a storm lamp £150!! mind! Seals where broken when we came to use it! This is a Storm Lamp and should last years to come! They NEVER refunded me! Excuse last one! Yet was still on sale! Not even a good will gesture! And their email was so condescending and insulting!

A bunch of cowboys
Terrible service. No sense on how to run a company. I order a product 4 months ago and was initially told they were waiting for it to arrive from their supplier. About 2 months after I was told they could give me a larger size one of the same product, I agreed, and was told it would be with them from the warehouse in a week. 2 months later I message to follow up, and complained it was taking so long. The customer service person then just canceled my order out the blue.

2 months later, no delivery and no news
I ordered a Rexite contretempo clock on 2nd December
It is now over 2 months and no news. I've emailed 3 times for updates (all after the 3-5 weeks expected delivery time was over), the first two times I received a response saying I needed to be patient (after 5 and then 7 weeks of waiting) and they were waiting for news from supplier. The third time I emailed 2 weeks ago and no response.
The chat function is now telling me my order is on hold and I have no idea why. Please can you be honest about what's going on? I either want to know a delivery date or get a refund.
Clearly from other reviews this is a consistent problem so be aware before you buy from here!

No delivery after 2 months
I was delighted to see that Panik had the watch strap I was looking for.
I placed an order on 13 September.
It is now over 2 months and no news.
I have tried the Shop app and the chat function several times. Both tell me I have placed an order- which I already know!
PLEASE PLEASE be honest
If I’m not going to get my order let me know and give me a refund.
If I get my watch strap, I’ll update and regrade this review

Massive delays, no news, looks like a scam alas
Lights bought September 8 (Order #PD4606) due to be delivered in 3-4 weeks. Emailed and no joy, raised an issue November 7, 8, 17, got an email on "supplier issues" and then no response to my last two emails. THIS LOOKS DICEY, asking my solicitor to see what the status is.... Avoid- if i get joy will update the post.

Update: I got an email that PanikDesign thought my review was malicious and would be investigated. Then I saw that Trustpilot allowed it to stand. Then, yet again I see a Trustpilot email saying "Panik Design would love to understand your experience better, so they’ve asked for more details about your review—like an order number or email." when the order number is IN THE TEXT. The effort to wipe out the truth, and Trustpilot's lack of proper reviews and very business friendly and customer unfriendly approach is stunning.
No delivery, stopped responding to emails and calls
I purchased some items from Panik Design earlier this year in late January worth £240 and was told that due to supplier issues, my delivery would be delayed. After multiple emails following up with them, I was subsequently informed by Jasmine Warner from the sales team that my order would be shipped soon. Till date, I have not received my order. I recently emailed the sales team multiple times and have not received a response. I have tried calling multiple times too but to no avail either as no one answers and I am diverted to voicemail.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience thus far and WOULD NOT recommend any purchase from Panik Design.
Being scammed sucks, so hopefully this review prevents anyone else from being scammed by Panik Design.
UPDATE: I received a notification that my review on Trust Pilot was flagged and decided to reach out to customer services at Panik Design to try and resolve my unfulfilled purchase order for 2 items from SELETTI that I made in January of 2023. I received a prompt response from customer services on 12 March 2024 offering to resolve the problem by either making a refund OR I could continue to wait for my SELETTI products to ship.
I opted for the latter option and asked for an update on when I can expect my SELETTI products to ship and have not heard back to date. I followed up at least twice, with the last follow up email on 25 March 2024 asking for an acknowledgement of receipt and have received radio silence. Concurrently, I received an email from Trustpilot alerting me that more details on my email exchanges with Panik Design was needed otherwise my review would be taken offline. I did not respond in time as I was busy with work and this was during the time customer services was still responsive. It's clear to me that a negative online review is required to galvanize Panik Design into some form of action. I don't know what game Panik Design is playing, but this is truly appalling. Customer Services, if you are reading this, I am very disappointed that you have dropped the ball a second time and I would like a full refund.

Wow what a RIDICULOUS customer services!
Wow, just see their reviews and wish I did before I used them! Bought a £140 storm lamp pack few months ago, brand new never used. Went to use it for the first time and found that the seal on the fuel base was completely out! Asked for help, first they wanted proof, which is fair then laods of, Oh well you had this for a while! I send them photos it was still NOT OPENED! I did not want a refund, but they want me to send it for inspection first at my expense!! This has a 2 year warranty!
I will NOT buy another item of this company and their staff is VERY condescending!

Despite repeatedly emailing and leaving voicemails - now over 7 times I am still none the wiser as to the delivery date of the lights I ordered over 2 months ago. You can see from previous reviewers that my experience is not a one off. I am baffled by the lack of response. update 20th Sept pm - I have now had communication - upgraded to 3 stars and will revise again once goods are delivered w/c 2nd Oct

Disappointed by the lack of communication and follow-up
Ordered a chair back in April. It was a made to order chair. Fine. I can wait. However, too much hassle to get an update, confirm delivery, ....etc
Not proactive approach, meaning they don't proactively contact the customer waiting for an update, I had to chase them constantly.
Tried to call the office several times: voicemail. Never got a call back.
It's now been exactly 6 months.
Won't order from this company, especially high value items.

I placed an order on the 18th July and…
I placed an order on the 18th July and received a confirmation email of my order saying I'll be informed when the product is sent out. I've called since many times and emailed once but can't seem to get a response...
I followed up again having been told I'd be contacted on the 6th October- no word came. I followed up again on the 11th and was told they had no further info. Now cancelled the order- nearly three months of delay, no delivery of course, and every interaction has had to be chased by me. Not a company I would use again, really useless.

Update on requested refund of £498.00
Further to my review below re the purchase of Northern Over Me lights at a cost of £498:00, I can now confirm that after 39 days (9 days over the legal time frame as stated by the Panik Team) I have received a full refund. It was not accompanied by an apology nor did I receive a response to the email I sent chasing the refund. It seems the best place to get a response from the Panik Team is here on Trustpilot. I will not be making purchases from Panik Design again.
