Customer support finally sought
I originally left a negative review following a fault with my Pandora Storm immobiliser and my initial experience of trying to obtain support.
I believe it is only fair to update my review following the outcome.
After my formal complaint, Anthony Noto contacted me personally, visited my vehicle, thoroughly investigated the issue, updated and rectified the system, and took the time to explain its operation and emergency procedures in detail. He also acknowledged that the level of support I initially received was not what it should have been and apologised for my experience.
My complaint was never that electronic products cannot fail—any complex electronic system can develop faults. My concern was how the situation was initially handled when my vehicle became immobilised.
I am pleased that Pandora took ownership of the issue, resolved it professionally, and restored my confidence in both the product and the company. I therefore consider the matter satisfactorily resolved and have updated my review to reflect the excellent service I ultimately received from Anthony.
