Having overcome my apprehension of order a car online, I was absolutely amazed at the professionalism of Drive The Deal.

From start to finish the service you receive is second to none. Have had a teat drive at our local main Kia dealer, we found they couldn't get anywhere near the deal Drive the deal offered, saving us over £4000 over the same 3 year period and with a deposit half of what the dealer required.

The car was ready to collect from the Kia main dealer 2 weeks later. That feller was brilliant. Took the time to set everything up for my wife and explained how it all worked. Happy wife, happy life. Brilliant service and excellent communication throughout. Thank you.

I have just put an enquiry through on D The Ds website for a brand new Audi SQ5 as offered / quoted on their website and then exchanged calls with their Sam ........ He was polite enough but unfortunately immediately said that normal deliveries on these cars was around 10 months and then straight away tried to persuade me into a car with an unacceptable spec ( especially when you are spending this kind of big money ) ....... We had already spoken to several Audi dealers who told us that a factory car to our chosen spec would be between 8 to 12 weeks at worse ........ So i assume from this that D The D are just set up to try and get rid of less desirable unwanted stock rather than do sensible deals on the cars that we want ......... Back to Carfile i guess ..... THE LATEST following D The D response ........ well i can only say how it felt when we spoke. I have spoken to several long trusted Audi dealers who did not try to push us in to stock cars and they were all equally clear about delivery on a factory order car. As for D The D telling us it would be 10 months delivery including 12 weeks shipping, that is ridiculous in this day and age unless its being dragged across the desert by donkeys. I regularly send and receive large industrial shipments door to door to and from Mexico in a few weeks and i am sure that Audi are much better resourced than we are to get the very best shipping service.

By far the most positive experience I had whilst seeking a good price on the new car that I wanted. Drive the Deal provided the most competitive price I could find (and I looked hard and used some well known price comparison sites which I found wasted my time).
Advice and guidance and pricing from Drive the Deal was clear and concise. Zero BS and no hard sell. Suits me perfectly.
Simple transfer through to the dealers who then gave me excellent service in the run up to collection and on the day of collection.
Oh and the car (Skoda Elroq 60 SEL) is great too.
Drive the Deal will be the first place I look for my next new car (though hopefully not for a good few years yet).

Having just purchased my second car from drive the deal the excellent service I received this time round was as expected as good as the first purchased a seat Leon at a super price saved a lot of money the car dealer who supplied my vehicle kept in touch regularly and delivered my car this week will definitely purchase again thank drive the deal and all involved

Selected all the options I wanted on the car put my E mail address in and got a reply immediately with just under 4k discount. Another happy customer.

This is my 2nd purchase of a new car with DDD, saving hard earned money and getting identical treatment to anyone walking into a main dealership to deal directly is absolutely great. It is stress free, if you have done your research and select exactly the vehicle you want from the accurate and comprehensive DDD website they sort the negotiation with participating dealerships. Reason for discounts arise as factory targets have to be met production line interruptions are enormously expensive. Therefore manufacturers incentivize dealers to hit those targets this is why the deals are for exactly the same car as anyone purchasing a non discounted vehicle such as a walk in customer. The wait for your special order more often than not arrives weeks earlier than estimate and the vehicle is then guaranteed not from "stock" and has not been hanging around for weeks at a dealers compound the paint is barely dry its that new!!!!

They never pressured me. I finally found a car I was happy with which had a huge discount so went ahead and ordered. The service was seamless and stress free! Delivery was also included, a real bonus as I live over 300 miles from the dealer. The dealership were great and really helpful, talking me through everything and even sending demo videos.
