1ST OF ALL Pandabuy isnt a conventional site to buy goods, theyre a middleman of sorts to help with qc and shipping.
always amazingly helpful and nothing is too much for these agents ive used them 3 times so far and will again.

Absolute trash site. Took 2 months for my items to get to me. Everything looked super fake and very cheap materials. There are much better rep sites out there. If this is what you can afford cool. But if you got a little bit more money, there are several better options. Not to mention some people have gotten ripped off from this site.

I was on TikTok and saw this app and downloaded it then I put something’s in my cart and forgot about it in the next 2 weeks I noticed money was getting taken out of it then I tried to contact the apps support but it only suggested messages but I didn’t find the right one till now it took like 18,43€ from my account I can’t undo it
Can someone help me maybe ?
Or money back ?

Beware my item never arrived an not refunded , have contacted my bank as they are fraud

I've used Pandabuy to ship over 80kg of items already to the Netherlands. It has been a very clean and amazing experience. I used their fastest line so most of the packages have come in 8 days, max I've had to wait was 11.

The QCs are always great and the agents reply fast. The website and app are very good, the best one out of any public agents. The translations could use some help generally but that's to be expected. Overall I can't really fault it.

Only thing I wish was for a few more smaller shipping lines available for the Netherlands.

They address the product incorrectly even though correct added was provided. Our parcels were at the local sorting centre and the returned to sender. They charged another $40AUD to have the items resent. They held the items to ransom and threatened to destroy the items if we didn’t pay the reshipping fee. My son was devastated as he used birthday money. I paid the fee for him and I put a dispute in with PayPal about the company. I was disgusted with the service and calling me friend or dear did not help the fact or make up for the crappiest customer service I have ever experienced.

I have been using Pandabuy for many months now and have never had a negative experience with them.

The service is quick, friendly and helpful. If there's ever something I didn't understand, the Pandabuy discord staff always made sure to help out.

The free product pictures provided for every item are of high quality and the quality inspection is very thorough. I will be using pandabuys services for many hauls to come with no reason to turn to alternatives.

I have started to use Pandabuy since November last year and did multiple hauls with it already. The service they provide is amazing and everything went smooth each time. The website and app are easy to use and online service is always helpful. Definitely recommending to use it!

On March, 28 I've placed an order for my son. After one month of waiting has been sent back to the seller. I've asked for a new expedition (55€)... today is May, 23 and AFTER TWO MONTHS I'M STILL WAITING, I think it's a fraud. Never never never again I'll buy from them.

May, 26: upgrade. Still no news, I've definitevely lost more than 100€. Don't forget it if you want to trust them.

Upgrade: after TWO months I've received my things. Unbelievable time, but I put two stars more, because I must admit that the quality is high. The watch "copy" just amazing, the fabric used for clothes very good.

Panda buy is actually pretty difficult to get use to but when you start figuring out things and just looking up sheets to find good high quality reps you start saving so much money.

at first it was hard to find the item that was looking for but I figured it out but when the product came through I was honestly suprised and happy with the quality of the product

Ive been buying reps from pandabuy for the past 5 months and its been great. Never had any problems like seizing or anything else. Agents are helpful in most situations although they dont sometimes understand everything but thats fine since they use translators. Good reps are pretty cheap esspecialy comparing it to rep resellers and middle mans. Overall great experience

I have NEVER used Pandabuy but today I had MULTIPLE charges to my credit card.

Just ordered Yeezy 350 Zebra for $25! Pandabuy has been pretty responsive but two things are kind of annoying, I have to wait overnight everytime i buy something so it can authorize the transaction, and shipping takes a couple weeks, but they have really good customer service, just make sure you get good quality.

This Company is 100% legit i ordered for the first time 10 days ago and received it. Just ordered my second haul 100% legit

We ordered from Pandabuy. The money was deducted but we didn't get any confirmation for the order and the page said the order still had to be paid, even though we had already paid for it.

No shipping although Paypal invoice was payed. Buying process not transparent. No further communication. Need paypal help to get my money back. Never again.

Horrible company, I ordered only one shoe and it’s taking forever. it’s been since march 12th since I placed my order, I do not recommend buying from here, try DHGATE.
