Customer for over a year, buying thousands a month. Then came April of 2024. They still have not shipped anything out and stole about 4k dollars from me. They even sent a fake tracking number when I tried to open a PayPal dispute.

Used them a few times. First two or three orders were great, no issues to be had.
Then on the next order, they managed to misplace an item. Thankfully, it was still within the warehouse and not lost, but it made me question their quality service a bit. But I was able to get it eventually, so I just shrugged it off and figured there was no harm in continuing to use them, right? Wrong.
On my latest order, they managed to lose something completely, given how nothing in my package appeared to have been tampered with by customs, and I didn't have anything that customs would have reason to seize in my package. When I reached out to them, customer service was very unhelpful and only offered a pitful coupon that wasn't even a fraction of the item I had lost. It was a limited item too, so I can't even reorder. A shame, it was the last straw for me.

It was only when doing a google search to log into my account that I noticed the trust pilot score and was really surprised. I have used the site around 3 years and never had an issue, I have had hundreds of items shipped, returned, replaced etc and not once have I had an issue. The delivery options are pretty much the same as their competitor sites and the service is really good. The parcels are well packaged and the attention to detail in taking images is very good. I will however say the exchange rate from USD to Yuan is quite high, but that is how they make their money. Afterall, when ordering your item for you, taking delivery, conducting quality control, taking images, packaging and sorting out delivery they need to make a profit. I just take the hit on that to be honest. You may find sites with a better exchange rate but wegobuy are middle of the road I would say.

Stay away. Do not waste your time. Very upset.

If your goods do not turn up they will not refund you. If you go to your credit card company/Paypal to open a claim ( after months of waiting) ,Wegobuy will block your account ( Very helpful NOT !!!!) They do nothing to help customers who end up out of pocket. Buying off this company? Be prepared to loose your money

Wegobuy has been the WORST online shopping experience in my whole life. Its a complete nighmare. First, their conversion rate from cny to usd is MUCH higher than normal one, you will
loose significant amount of money with this. When i ordered from weidan and taobao, ok this part was fine, no complaint here but when i wanted to actually buy and ship my items there ware zero shipping options avaliable for my country. Couldnt they let me know this earlier!? And you can not return your stuff. So after all the trouble i had to go to find someone from completely different country to accept my order i applied for rehersal packaging hoping it would lower my shipping. They charged me for it and for vacuum packaging only to inform me they couldnt do it and they will ship it in a cartoon box. At this point i just wanted to be done with them so i accepted the ofer. And when i checked out somehow my shipping was 20$ more expensive than my first estimated shipping because of convertion rate. Never again in my life, this site is sent from hell straight. Stay away. Not worth it. If i could give it 1000 negative stars i would. They practically stole around 60$ from me.

Frustrating, disappointing, and disheartening experience. The whole process is very confusing, and then I ended up being charged twice for the same items. When I went on the site to review items in the warehouse, I somehow ended up repurchasing the items. An error this significant should be much more avoidable as opposed to one click. While I did receive responses to my inquiries, nothing was ever resolved, it was “too late to ask do a refund” and I never received my money back for either of the charges. I even went so far as to capture and share general photos of my bank register charges to attempt to clarify to them that I was charged twice for the same items. Then, as it took forever to try get my money back for the extra charge, I missed the deadline to actually have my items shipped. So, I got no refunds and no items. Do not waste your time. Very upset.

This is the second Taobao site I've used and they were really good. My items arrived in good condition and any issues I had prior to them shipping it out they were able to answer quickly.
Even though you choose which package service you want to ship your items to, they do take a few days to get it to them. But compared that seems to be normal when using a taobao agent.

Their Taobao agent fees are in the middle compared to other sites so it's not too terrible, and the prices for package add-ons (pictures, extra protection from water or repackage to be smaller) is also not too bad.

I would use them again.
