I have made three purchases with Pamono- a set of vintage armchairs, a fabulous Murano glass floor lamp and, most recently, a glass and mirror vintage drinks tray - this excelled itself in the ‘well-wrapped’ department and arrived without a scratch, all the way from Budapest! All the other items were extremely well packaged too and arrived exactly on time. When I asked for assistance with exact measurements of the armchairs it came by return in great detail. All the items now sit happily in my living room - the chairs have been reupholstered in cream boule fabric- and I love that they have come together from different parts of Europe. I recommend Pamono to everyone and look forward to purchasing more items in future.

I must say that in the beginning , reading the negative reviews, I felt a little bit scared about ordering, but my experience with Pamono.eu so far has been very positive! First of all, when I contacted the customer service for some info, they replied very quickly and professionally. Secondly, I was contacted by their transport company in a very short time after placing the order, and they asked me several information in order to deliver efficiently. Moreover, they delivered on time (they even called me 20 minutes before their arrival to inform me that they were on their way) , they were very kind and the item arrived in perfect conditions and as described in the website . The quality of the item is super good and I am very happy with the purchasing. So far, no complaints at all!!!

A thousand dollar jewelry chest that MIGHT have been worth $300 (due to it's age) , but it was dirty, pieces were broken inside, one door completely fallen off and the other was barely hanging on. I know it's supposedly an antique but condition should have been made obvious on the web site (where both door seemed firmly attached and the chest was clean and polished.
