Pamono service really let me down!

I bought a coffee table beginning of January 2026 and the Italian dealer keeps postponing the pick-up from his showroom in 2-week windows. We are by now at week 7 after my purchase and sadly Pamono keeps answering my emails only by pointing out that delivery might take 7-8 weeks, ignoring my concerns that something is wrong. I fear that the table is either not in the possession of the dealer or the dealer does not intend to sell the table after all. I don't want a refund, I want that table and I do not want to look for the exact table again... and have to wait for weeks again. I bought so many things through Pamono, but this time you really let me down! I think my first concerns about the purchase should have been handled in a better way by Pamono.

delivery date changed 5 times, still not delivered

Ordered a table and chairs and the delivery has been rescheduled 5 times. Had to waste holiday and in some cases the delivery was changed with less than 24 hours notice. Still have not revieved the items. Terrible customer service would not recommend. Also a very slow customer service that takes more than 2 days to reply to emails. Do not buy anything from this site

They waitied a week before dispatching my item. and it didn't arrive before Christma

Despite me ordering the Christmas gift for my wife on the 10th December it wasn't shipped for another week. And then it failed to arrive for Christmas. So my wife had to wait for it to finally arrive several days after Christmas Day. Why wasn't the order dispatched immediately given it was December and the volume of post is very high. REally disappointed with Pamono and their shoddy logistics

Positive returns experience

I have used Pamono for two big purchases. The second I had issues with and did a return through Pamono. They have a very set system which is a bit complicated - but understandably so for expensive product. I got my a full refund (minus one way delivery) so was happy with that.

This company has the worst service…

This company has the worst service ever. Ordered and paid for wall lights, delivery scheduled for a 4 week delivery. In the 3rd week, with no notification I reached out on their help line. Some 2 days later I received an email stating they cannot reach the supplier? I have now emailed again many times and also tried to phone the help line that is unanswered during their stated office hours.

This seems to be a completely disorganised company or a complete sham.... something is wrong here with their service and now I feel this will end up with a write off of the funds paid ? No one answers any request for help. Shipment quote to australia was very high, so you would expect some sort of service and quick delivery BUT NOTHING !!!

I found a reconstituted stone bust of…

I found a reconstituted stone bust of Davide from the 1960's, it was wonderfully weathered and just what I was looking for to sit ontop of our well, in our medieval Italian palazzo. It was little more expensive than I could afford, so I made an offer, and an amount was agreed, that was satisfactory to me and the seller. When it arrived, the delivery driver was excellent and helped us with everything, as it was very heavy. It was well packaged and I am completely delighted with my purchase. My wife knows nothing about it, it will be in position and wrapped for her to discover on Christmas day,

Profit Oriented Reselling

I was eying a vintage table on Etsy for weeks, suddenly it was gone. I assumed it was sold, but a quick google search showed the table now listed on Pamono for nearly twice the price without any improvements made. Websites like this truly ruin the fun of thrifting and the sustainable sourcing of furniture. I would suggest everyone looking for furniture to also search elsewhere as this experience shows that there likely is a near 50% markup compared to the original value.

Excellent service and product.

Buying off the internet and internationally is sometimes tricky.
The product was exactly as described, the packaging was excellent, the delivery was fast and the whole experience was hassle free.

Delivery has been rescheduled 3 times…

Delivery has been rescheduled 3 times with no reason given. Sofa was ordered in March, it’s now 3 days away from the estimated delivery date and I haven’t even had shipping confirmation or a reason for the delays. Scam company

Excellent products and service!

I ordered an antique vase from Pamono and it arrived, extremely well packaged, in excellent condition and very quickly. The communications with the Pamono staff was excellent as well. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. They have wonderful, unusual items for sale and the experience was A-1!
