I Bought my pc from Palicomp in 2019
I Bought my pc from Palicomp in 2019, however when update to Windows 11 arrived, PC health checker tells me my pc not compatible. I contacted customer services who sent clear instructions and video link about how to alter BIOS settings. Surprisingly easy once you know how!!!! So Windows 11 now up and running. Thank you
Above expectations
I've always avoided buying pre-built PCs as "secret shopper" series by various media outlets prove that many SIs deliver a service that is far below expectations - with issues ranging from shipping damage, insane markups, poor configurations &/or tuning. I'm happy to report that after purchasing a pre-built from Palicomp none of those issues appear to be present.
The price was more than fair - a like for like build on PCPartPicker came out to about the same amount. None of the parts were lower-end and there were no obvious corner cuts to bring the price down - it appears this company is just operating on much lower profit margins than others in the space.
Delivery was fine - the PC took 10 days to dispatch which was as expected/stated on the website and was delivered on a 24h DPD service. The PC arrived double-boxed, covered in bubble wrap meaning absolutely no damage to the system on arrival. It is worth noting that the GPU was shipped in a separate box, meaning I had to install it myself. This is done to prevent damage & wasn't much of an issue - although I would've happily paid a bit extra to have the GPU pre-installed with packing foam and a GPU support bracket if that option was available.
The configuration for the majority of the systems on their site makes perfect sense, no obvious mismatching of parts or wasted money. DOCM/EXPO was enabled on arrival, all drivers/BIOS were up to date so no complaints there either. I also ran various benchmarks on the system and confirmed it is performing exactly as expected.
The only minor complaint I have is that the system arrived with no WiFi drivers pre-installed, meaning I had to plug my old PC back-in, download WiFi drivers, put them on a USB and then resetup the new PC to install them. This is relatively minor, though.
All in all, happy with my experience and would shop here again.
Excellent experience!
Excellent experience with Palicomp. Ordered a part that came next day, very good packaging. I needed a bit of help afterwards and the support team were amazing! quick to reply, friendly, and bent over backwards to get me sorted, got my setup upgraded very quickly . 10/10 thank you very much!
Avoid at all costs
Avoid Palicomp. I paid £2,000+ for a custom PC with express delivery — it arrived defective. Sent it back for repair, but they returned it unchanged.
Then tried to return for refund, but they:
• Booked collection to the wrong address
• Failed to provide a return label
• Blamed me instead of taking responsibility
Almost a month later, I’m still chasing a refund while stuck with a broken PC. Completely incompetent and unprofessional.
UPDATE: After Palicomp refused to take responsibility — and PayPal dismissed my case twice on the basis that the PC was a “custom item” — I had to escalate through a Mastercard chargeback.
I’ve now won in full, and have finally been refunded.
No customer should have to go through months of stress and a bank dispute just to get a refund on a defective PC.
Avoid this company — and whatever you do, do NOT finance a purchase through PayPal with them.
Fun note: their manager told me “nothing can be done unless the goods come back.”
Mastercard apparently disagreed.
They are amazing
They were amazing and kept me in the loop of what was happening the whole time, with alternative solutions if I needed to get my order sooner.
Great service!!
Brilliant Customer Service from Palicomp
I bought a new computer from Palicomp in 2021 with Windows 10. Today I emailed the company the original spec as given to me by them at the time of the sale. I told them that the PC Health Check app states that the computer is not Windows-11 compliant because of a TPM issue. They redirected my email to the support department, who emailed me back within 2 hours, with superb information and a YouTube video link. I followed the very clear information on how to manually adjust the BIOS (something I know nothing about), and ten minutes later my computer was Windows-11 compliant. Perfect customer service. Thank you Pailcomp Support - who says customer service is dead?
Rubbish service
I want to buy a computer for me and another for the wife, I have been on the phone for hours in total. Every time its the same "first in line, with you shortly"
Most businesses run like this will go bust.

I have been trying for 2 days to order a PC package but there website has been a disaster in that every time I attempt to purchase the website payment pages don't work. After a long delay on the phone I spoke with someone who suggested trying a different browser but after trying Chrome, Firefox and Safari still can't make payment. Tried to speak to Co again but left hanging on as "No 1 in the queue". Now given up and I'm ordering from someone else. God knows how much money they are losing through people like me giving up due to their inadequate website.

Palicomp – Appalling After-Sales Support (Ref: 225905)
I recently purchased a new PC from Palicomp, and within days, I’ve been left deeply frustrated and disappointed by what can only be described as shocking customer service.
The order arrived quickly, but that’s where the good news ends. From the moment I set up the system, it was clear there was a fault with the graphics card — the display was unstable, and performance issues were immediate. I contacted Palicomp expecting some standard technical support, or at the very least, a professional response. Instead, I found myself stuck in a cycle of endless, unhelpful emails — 28 in total — with no resolution in sight.
Despite clearly explaining the issue from the start, I was met with repetitive and dismissive replies, often asking me to repeat basic troubleshooting steps I had already done or which were completely irrelevant. There was no sign of urgency, no sign of ownership, and certainly no sign of a proper after-sales support team.
Worse still, there was no effort to escalate the issue, no attempt to take responsibility for what was a clearly faulty component, and no reasonable customer-first mindset at all. Any respectable company would have offered a straight replacement or arranged proper diagnostics — but Palicomp seemed more interested in delaying and avoiding accountability.
This isn’t just a minor inconvenience — it’s a fundamental failure of service. I had a faulty GPU within 5 days of purchase, and instead of support, I’ve had to chase them continuously, with no resolution, apology, or sense of professionalism.
⚠️ AVOID THIS COMPANY
Yes, Palicomp’s prices may look tempting — but it’s a false economy. When something goes wrong (and it clearly can), you will be completely on your own. The aftercare is non-existent, the support process is broken, and their behaviour is disrespectful to paying customers.
I deeply regret buying from them and strongly advise others to avoid doing the same. Palicomp may be fine when everything works — but if anything goes wrong, prepare for a long, frustrating experience and absolutely no help.
Poor product and inferior customer service
The product arrived with basic instructions and an invoice. It wasn't a huge issue for me as I am fairly competent with PCs, so I can generally sort things myself. I would note that the power cable supplied didn't fit the power supply; it was too loose, so I'm not sure how they either tested the product or QA'd it! Fortunately, I had a few spare cables, so I used one of my own.
I should probably have realised at this point that the PC wasn't necessarily robust, but I gave Palicomp the benefit of the doubt. Sadly, after several weeks, this has meant more problems; I should really just have returned the item straight away.
I have experienced issues with the LAN disconnecting randomly, no obvious reason, and no real information as to why on any diagnostics, so I am guessing it is likely a faulty LAN port. Fortunately, it comes with wireless in the form of a USB device (not onboard), so it will default to this when the LAN drops out. Still, pretty poor for a new build PC.
Recently, the USB port that has my wireless connector has started to fail on boot, so I cannot log in, because the keyboard and mouse aren't recognised. This means either plugging in a wired keyboard or restarting via the on switch, which for a new PC is really awful!
I purposefully got 32gb for future proofing, but I cannot use the RAM to its full potential as anything other than the standard setting causes random crashing, no blue screen, just a restart, which is bizarre, but another issue that simply shouldn't be happening.
For some of these issues, I have tried all sorts of updates and changes, all to no effect, and I am left with no other explanation than it is a poor build and potentially faulty parts, either the motherboard or components. Time will no doubt tell, and I will also probably end up spending more to resolve the issue.
I did reach out to Palicomp via Amazon, because I naively purchased from Amazon to try and get some enhanced customer support (which doesn't qualify as it is a 3rd party sale despite being through Amazon), but received a generic PDF to tell me to contact Palicomp, so I replied to explain that I wanted exchanges on record, via amazon, of the issues and was told, they will not correspond this way. Whilst I acknowledge there is a technical support option, I have zero confidence that Palicomp are going to resolve this, given their lacklustre responses so far!
Expectations exceeded
I ordered a pc as it was brilliant value for money for the spec it is...quite a bit cheaper than most other company's for the same spec. I ordered the pc and received friendly emails offering a case exchange as the one I picked was out of stock...they provided a link to the new case which I think was better anyway....and I was offered a warranty upgrade which was also great value for money all things considered. The pc arrived within a week much quicker than expected and the care they take packaging the pc was impressive. Had a slight problem but a quick email to their support team sorted it out with another great video link showing even a numpty like me how to sort it....pc works great as well...so far so good....I cant recommend palicomp highly enough...thank you
Competitive Price and No Nonsense
I ordered a PC over the weekend to replace my ailing five year old self-build. I was going to build again but I was alerted to a deal on the Palicomp site which seemed to be good value for money.
I probably spent a couple of weeks reflecting on whether to go ahead or not, mainly because the price seemed to be so much cheaper than other comparable setups on other sites, and the website itself looked quite amateur. I read reviews on here, on Reddit and in various other places; they were overwhelmingly positive but I analysed all the negative bits and built them up to be a potential reason to avoid. I ultimately convinced myself that as a total amateur who was going to self-build, the guys at Palicomp couldn't do a worse job than me, given they have a business selling PCs and I don't!
That being the case, if there were any teething problems (which a lot of positive reviews referred to) they would presumably be the same problems I'd have self building and at least I'd have a contact point to support me, unlike if I built myself. So on the Credit Card it went.
I was contacted the same day, in fact pretty much immediately, on a Sunday of all days! The email I received asked me if I wanted to fast track my build with a few extras thrown in, the best aspect of which was the no stress return / support in the event of an issue, the peace of mind of which made upgrading worth the extra cost. I received a further email advising when the PC would be delivered. so I could arrange to work from home that day.
The PC came yesterday, with the GPU packaged separately to avoid any damage in transit. The GPU came with instructions for installing, which would be useful for someone who didn't know how to do it (and to which I referred even though I was confident in what I was doing). All the packaging for the PC components was included so you could see exactly what brands and specifications had been installed, and that they matched what was ordered. I don't know if that is standard for fully built PC purchases but it was a little detail that impressed me.
I tested the PC on first boot and everything passed with flying colours except the Graphics Card, which wasn't recognised / wasn't working. A quick download of the drivers from the NVIDIA website and the benchmark tests on the setup showed it to be exactly as advertised and with all performance metrics in line with what you would expect for the price paid. If I had one criticism, it would be the fact that the GPU instructions didn't advise you'd need to install drivers... it's pretty self evident that you would but sometimes in your excitement to get everything up and running you can overlook the obvious.
It's early doors in my ownership of the PC but so far, so good.
All my concerns prior to ordering are explainable by the fact that Palicomp appear to be a small company who engage in personal communications (no automated, bulk and standardised mailing to customers) and personally designed their site (or at least didn't fork out megabucks on an all singing, all dancing site) and I think this is where they achieve their competitive price advantage - if you buy a PC off Palicomp you're paying for them to build and deliver a PC - you're not paying for a polished, expensive website, nor for expensive software to manage their customer communications.
I wouldn't hesitate to consider my next prebuilt PC being from Palicomp and I will be recommending them to others.
Put all the parts in I asked for
Put all the parts in I asked for. The pc was clean, the inside was well put together. Came with instructions and extras. Definitely recommend their pre-builts.
Brilliant price
Quick service. Great deals and they threw in upgrades also. Will definitely use again.
Excellent support
Had the first issue on a PC I bought from them four years ago, they replied the next day with the solution so can't fault their support or the build.
Great Tech Support team
I can only speak for the truly helpful Palicomp Technical Support team. I had great difficulty working out how to get TPM2 active on my PC. Some kindly person sent me the most perfect little list of what to Press/Click/Enable in simple terms, and a little video to demonstrate/explain in addition. It worked! I am so grateful. In addition, the fact that my Palicomp had TPM2 loaded on it for future update when it was made is awesome.
Palicomp support
The support staff at Palicomp were excellent. They were so helpful in advising me of procedures necessary to restart a PC that had been dormant for some time.
Thank you for all your help
Excellent customer service.
Excellent customer service.
I ordered a custom built PC & accessories last Tuesday afternoon & it arrived on Saturday morning. A very pleasant surprise, as I hadn't taken up the fast track option & wasn't expecting it for at least another week. All the accessories were easy to install & after a short time setting my preferences on Windows, it was all systems go.
Sloppy builds and zero respect for…
Sloppy builds and zero respect for customers
They put in the wrong parts without telling me, and when I offered to settle it with 16GB RAM, they wanted £20 more – so just £10 off for their mistake (wrong cpu cooler, wrong ram). Cable management was a disaster too. If you want it done properly, they expect £25 extra. If your name isn't English, good luck – they’ll treat you like you don’t matter.
Never again.
Superb After Sales Support for My Gaming PC
I bought an excellent gaming PC from Palicomp in November 2023. The PC has been fantastic, but I recently encountered an issue while trying to upgrade some components. I emailed the Palicomp support desk, and they responded very quickly, resolving the problem within an hour.
I’m really impressed with how professional and helpful their support team was. It’s great to know that even after the purchase, Palicomp stands behind their products and provides such efficient service.
Outstanding service from this company. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality PC and excellent customer support!
