I have ordered from palicomp on multiple occasions, full pc builds and parts, I would recommend them 100%, they are very trustworthy. They are my go to for pc builds.

Excellent quick service during the holiday period as well. Very happy with this company, the best I've used for prebuilt pcs.

Originally I placed a poor review due to lack of communication from this company. That eventually they appeared to resolve and I ordered from them by giving a spec of what I wanted the PC to do, which was simply to run Linux with maybe an option of Windows at some point.

The PC supplied and built is a "gaming machine" and flashes up to tell me so at every boot, which is really irritating as I didn't want a bloody toy, but that isn't my gripe.

The unit will not run Linux as drivers for the wifi and bluetooth that I specifically mentioned when making the order are simply not available.

The parts manufacturer tells me their boards are exclusively Windows and both they and Palicomp seem to think after sales service is advice to trawl the internet to look for drivers that I know are simply not in existence.

I actually have had better after sales service from vendors using an infamous Chinese site renowned for tat and poor support, than I got from both Palicomp and the supplier of the parts they assembled. At least the Chinese gave me a direct link to the software needed to drive their goods and a couple even zipped drivers and example code up and emailed it, for items costing only a few quid, not hundreds!

I have not built a PC for years and relied on Palicomp to sort the details, simply asking for an operating system and specifically Wifi/ Bluetooth integration with Linux support due to well known driver problems with an odd few chipsets. I referred to these problems when ordering in fact.

This company tries to suggest it is a capable PC builder and has a pretty impressive website, but what on earth is the point if they cannot supply what the customer wants?

Not a good experience at all. They made the right noises for a while, but obviously didn't read a word of the emails sent prior to the order.

Bought a high end pc and wanted all bells and whistles, they were very professional and fast and communicated with me every step of the way.

There were a few extra options that wouldn't make sense for the pc I built (a separate WiFi card, when my motherboard was already WiFi comptiable, just to name one example).

I was nervous as it was a big purchase, but their patience and willingness to walk me through all options (even after the purchase was made. Filled me with confidence.

I will be recommending their services to anyone who wants a pre built PC.

I got the prebuilt pc for Christmas spent £1100 it came packaging was great I’ll give them that but it came the gpu wasn’t working some leads were not plugged in correctly I fixed that then there was a display problem still no idea what it was but it randomly started working again then it randomly black screened and would only work again if the pc was restarted and kept on doing it the gpu is also faulty has a red like on it when turned on the front fans don’t spin some performance problems nothing I care about tho but I’ve emailed them 6 times now no response over 4 days while they claim there support is great I regret buying a pc from them atm will update if they respond and give me a refund of fix the pc.

I couldn’t fault anything from palicomp other than maybe a slightly outdated website, I placed my order, they sent me a follow up email confirming every part, from delivery address to parts, allowing for no mistakes, even though the motherboard I chose was out of stock the gave me multiple options from free changes to a small charge for an upgrade, explaining the benefits for either choice, to delivery, I was told it would be dispatched on the following Monday for delivery Tuesday, exactly as described. Their packaging was more than suffice, no damage and the pc working perfectly, all communications feel caring and like every order matters to them, and that is what you want from a company your spending this amount of money with. I couldn’t recommend the any more.

Ordered the computer in November 2025. The original case I ordered was unavailable, so they offered a more expensive one, but at the original case price, which I accepted. I received the computer about a week later. Physically Installing the video card (5080) was slightly onerous (didn't want to go in the slot properly), as they arrived without them installed to prevent damage. But got that sorted. Can't fault the computer, runs beautifully and I am happy with the build quality. I waited a month before posting a review to see if there were any issues, which there aren't.

Love my machine. Ordered off them and their communication of order and sorting issues was excellent. Delivery was so fast compared what they had suggested would be timescales. Has an issue with the computer, that was only software based on a game I installed, and not a direct problem of the PC, and they were very responsive and helpful in the boundaries they could assist. Highly recommend.

Have nothing but praise for this company, help through the choice and buying stage, good follow up, after sales care is so good. The equipment is as described and good quality, constructed well and upgradable.

Bought a full system for my son and had a few teething issues. The guys were very helpful and resolved the issue. Great communication and using them again to upgrade.

After 3 years my PC developed a glitch and refused to boot up.

I reported the symptoms to Palicomp who provided step by step instructions. 10 minutes later it’s as good as new.

My Win 10 Palicomp PC bought in Aug 2021 was deemed non Win 11 compliant by PC Health Check app. There is a route to continue Windows security updates for another 12 months but Win 10 is now unsupported so no further system updates are available. Emailed Palicomp Support a few evenings ago and the next morning they had emailed back with links to information guidance specific to my MB and BIOS to lead me through the manual adjustments required. Very pleased to now be running the latest Win 11 OS. Well done guys and thank you very much.

Palicomp were amazing when I ordered a motherboard bundle to upgrade an old PC. The order processes was simple and Palicomp were quick to email and confirm the order had been received.

After submitting the order, I realised I should have ordered more RAM. I emailed Palicomp to see if I could adjust my order, and they replied quickly with instructions on how to do this.

The ordered items arrived really quickly and gave my son something to do in the half term holiday upgrading his old PC. Everything worked and he's really pleased with the speed improvements.

I've been really impressed with Palicomp and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Bought my third high end computer from Palicomp of Crewe and had a problem with my first boot.
It was arranged for me to return the computer and they sorted the problem and I got it back the same day!

This is my 2nd Pc from Palicomp, Purchased 1st one about 6 years ago worked 100% & still working Daily now as my backup, but it would not convert to Win,11 So purchased the present one almost 2years ago, the deal included 3yrs carefree warranty. I've only had one minor software fault Palicomp took over control of my computer online & solved the problem in minutes and a Usb socket stopped working and a new one arrived in post the next day. . . . So I am 100% happy with my Machine I can highly recommend Palicomp to any one looking for a great company to buy a PC from.

The technology is fine. So is prompt delivery in well-packed casing. And after several hiccups the PC works well. Though it’s email only support, I thought support person very patient and helpful. Some aspects of the company are amateurish though. Most glaring were not receiving all the bits originally ordered until support was prompted. No documentation for the casing; and no actual written delivery note or receipt. So I think that order-handling could be improved considerably. I was happy to work through the problems, but my inexperienced wife would not have coped.
