I bought the Padel racket on a good black Friday deal. Now, FedEx the delivery company are asking me to pay customs fee of £48. This wasn't mentioned on the site and regret buying it. Sent an inquiry to the seller as well. Not happy with the exe

In addition, customs and fees cannot be shown during the process since they cannot be known beforehand. They depend on governments and internal policies. There are even sometimes that orders are not under customs.
In case you want us to proceed with a return, we can ask for it but, once it comes back, we will deduct the costs of shipment and derivatives of it (customs, fees...)

I still haven’t received my product…
I still haven’t received my product after a full week. I have contacted their customer service twice, and on both occasions I was informed that they needed to reach out to Correos and would get back to me. I am still waiting for an update, and I am highly dissatisfied with the situation.

Over £200 down and no rackets
My son ordered two rackets for himself and his brother in good faith from Padel Nuestro. He is only 21 years old and doesn't earn much money, yet finds himself out of pocket for missing rackets. FedEx, the chosen courier of Padel Nuestro, according to their 'proof of delivery' photo, left the rackets on our front doorstep and not within the time slot they advised him of. No-one was home, and when we did get home, there were no rackets. My son raised with FedEx who essentially said not our problem. Padel Nuestro said they needed to raise with FedEx. He was asked to provide a letter confirming non receipt, which he did immediately, yet weeks on still no refund. He wants a refund as he doesn't want to deal with Padel Nuestro or FedEx anymore. FedEx have also hit him with a £75 charge, for a package they didn't safely deliver. This whole situation has caused him so much stress. He has chased again today and been brushed off again by Padel Neustro. This is just shameful service from a retailer towards a customer. They should give him his money back and take it up with FedEx, not leave him with no rackets and no money. I am quite upset that he is being treated this way!!
Update @ 30.11.25 Padel Nuestro asked for more information as soon as I posted this review a few days ago. This was provided immediately. Yet nothing from them since….! And my son is still significantly out of pocket with no rackets. Final update - thank you for finally acknowledging the missing items and refunding my son in full. I appreciate the issue was with FedEx, but it was not my son, the customer’s, issue. Grateful that he has now been refunded, thank you.

Shit quality even more shit service, never again
The very worst customer service ever. I bought a pair of new tennis shoes from HEAD. After wearing them ONCE the eyelets completely gave up. Clearly this is a quality issue. There were 20 emails back and forth with padel nuestro, every damn time they ask for more pictures from different angles. While I’m like, why can’t you be clear from the beginning? Then after the last email, padel nuestro wrote; ‘we will asses the pictures if they fall under warranty, please do not reply to the email’. One week later I ask them again for an update, they wrote me: ‘oh yes we will assess it now’…….another week passed and they come to me again requesting me to ‘destroy the shoes and AGAIN SEND PICTURES if I want to be eligible for the refund’. Okay fine I did it. THEN they write me announcing that the money has been transferred to my padel nuestro account and guess what. I don’t even have a fkn account. I just want my money back. This is still ongoing, it has been over 5 weeks.
