Padel nuestro deliveries
I have used Padel Nuestro several times in the past. On this occasion my item did not arrive and a message saying my address was inaccessible which is incorrect. Padel Nuestro contacted me and took my address again and the next working day it was delivered however there was a charge of 30 euros even though I paid 33 euros for delivery so 63 euros in total for delivery and igc which makes the good prices almost pointless. Although padel nuestro is great it is no longer financially useful for my needs due to the delivery charges.

Bought a Starvie Kenta
Bought a Starvie Kenta. Racket was a bit damaged and when i took off the plastic the neune grip got damaged due the sticky plastic..
EDIT: They gave me several options. Now i got a racket with a little bit damage for a very cheap price. :)

Trouble with a padel raquet
I was in trouble with an order for a padel raquet. After discussing the topic with them, they asked me to share some pictures to show the problem. In few weeks they replace the padel raquet with a new one.
I was scared that they might not understand my problem, but they quickly resolved it. My trust in Padel Nuestro has further consolidated.
