First off i would like to point out I'm aware you can't win all the time, most of the time... with that out the way, I would like to say your version of LEGACY OF DEAD is shocking. The game literally advertises it's bonuses as "can retrigger unlimited times" so why doesn't yours... once. Just over 20 bonuses and not one retrigger?. I get you can be unlucky, but this is pushing it don't you think? I don't mind losing at all, but feels like a scam at that point.

I ventured into town with my wife today and went into this branch to collect a football bet, I scanned the bet on a machine, did another bet before cashing out the remainder at the counter, no issues. I proceeded to do another bet on a different machine and, get this, a female member of staff came out from behind the counter and told me I could only use one machine while I was there, I said, I never heard the likes and she replied, then someone’s not doing their job. I stayed for one more bet, felt a little uncomfortable so went around the corner to Boylesports, no such issue.. madness 🤣
