Worked perfectly

Worked perfectly, fast and without any problems. Ordered the service from Denmark, contracted SEUR to pick up a package in Barcelona and received it in Denmark.

Impossible to reschedule a pickup

Impossible to reschedule a pickup. The company didn't inform me about the necessary documents to add to the luggage, as a result the company couldn't pick the packages up the day they came, and needed to reeschedule. I am still waiting for any information, it's been 5 days.

The courier lost my package immediately. Packlink support was not helpful. Even the tracking number they provided to me wasn't working.

My parcel has not been received and I cannot contact Packlink. My email address is not recognised. Feel helpless

Thank you for responding I have attempted to use the help centre but it doesn’t recognise my email address and therefore I can’t proceed as I’m totally blocked. I need an email address of phone number in order to move forward

Very bad

Very bad! One week later I don't know where is my packet ..it seems lost ..tracking number shows the same thing since 5 days ago...it was a big mistake use them for delivery important stuff..lost money and time

The tracking number they provided…

The tracking number they provided doesn't work. And Packlink cannot be contacted. They have no phone number or email address. I filled out their web form but received no response.

They didnt pickup package from…

They didnt pickup package from designated hotel with no explanation and dont bother to do anythyng with that. 10 eur burned, maybe this is so Spanish considering all services quality around us here.
