Unreliable and inefficient

I contracted a 24 hour service to send a package from Spain to Portugal. One week later it has still not been delivered.

The tracking system showed it as having been picked up from my house at 1pm but I was there all day and it still hadn't been picked up at 6pm.

Now the tracking system shows that the courier tried to deliver it to the address in Portugal on 3 occasions and was unable to do so because no-one was there but there was someone at the property all day.

Impeccable experience

Impeccable experience. This is the third time that I contract their services and not a single complaint about it, on the contrary.
They pick up the parcel, whatever address you mention and deliver ahead of time - from Portugal to Spain was less than 24 hours! Can't recommend it enough.

Failure to meet deadlines

On 04/10/22 I contracted a delivery service to Dublin through Packlink with the company DHL, which in the information stated delivery in 48 hours. On the 5th at 11:00 am I took it to the DHL parcel point. The last entry on the DHL website is that it left Barcelona on the 7th. But today on the 10th I called DHL customer service, and they told me that delivery is never within 48 hours, that since it left Spain it takes between 3-5 days to arrive. Misleading advertising when they state delivery within 48 hours when I sign the contract?

I give them a zero

I give them a zero. They are shipping terrorists. They mistreat the packages, the merchandise.
They broke a suitcase, clearly throwing it from the truck to the ground, because it weighed 22 kg. Lazy and bad people. Avoid.
The Packlink website responsible and partner of this bad faith. Mafia.

My parcel never left the drop off site…

My parcel never left the drop off site since 12th September 2022. I sold it through ebay. I used the link on ebay to get postage with evri through packlink. Little did I know of all the items in the world that a watch will be prohibited. The list of items they have prohibited makes me wonder why exactly is it they are operating as a courier company? Its a shamble. I've had zero help from pack link and zero help from evri. My item was scanned and dropped off and I was given a tracking number. Now my item has disappeared into thin air. 1st pack link say my item is with the courier company and they will attempt to deliver it,or return back to me. I asked for live tracking details. They ignored me for 5 days. I emailed every single day to the agent assigned to my case,with no reply. Then suddenly I'm told my item is lost and a claim has been filed. Then I'm told straight away that my item is not covered and no compensation will be given as it's prohibited. I asked for details of how it just went from delivering to lost? Also if its prohibited then at least return it back to me. 15 days later another agent chatted with me after I begged him to help me as I'm disabled and I have lost £200,along with my item as ebay refunded the buyer and put my account into negative. I was told by this agent that my item will be returned to Me and I need to allow 7 days for evri to deliver it. I then receive an email from evri saying that they cannot handle this it's pack link. I told evri that your driver was responsible for scanning my item during pick up but he failed to do so which make the driver and company responsible for not following your own policy. They refused and kept saying its not their problem, its pack link. They cannot give my item back nor can they tell me where the item got lost or if it was picked up or left at the shop etc etc etc. I am completely being treated like dirt and I'm given zero importance. I'm just being told nothing. I only want my item back. If its showing it hasn't left the shop but picked up by the driver but not scanned then it's the driver that stole it. Evri delivery drivers are theives. Please do not use evri or pack link. Stay away from pack link they are big time fraudsters.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I ordered this service for moving from Germany to Spain. Since I am on my own, I absolutely needed a door to door service (so to avoid to have to move heavy boxes up and down stairs). This is the only reason why I chose Packlink over available alternatives. It was clearly stated in the website that door to door service was available as an option and just to be sure, weeks before moving I contacted Packlink customer service and got confirmation that it was indeed the case that "door to door" was in the sense of "flat to flat" (and not only ground floor to ground floor). When I actually ordered the service it seemed very straightforward. I ordered a door to door service for 11 boxes with TNT, paid, and printed the 11 shipping labels as required. However on the expected day of pick up the curier in charge rang the bell saying that he was not coming upstairs because he was not doing the door to door pick-up. He said that he was only supposed to pick up boxes on a pallet with a pallet jack down the stairs. We actually compared our shipping documents and while order number was the same, in his documents there was written 3 packages on a pallet (so obviously not door to door) while in mine 11 packages to be picked up. Let me stress again that this door to door pick up was the very reason why I chose packlink and therefore it completely failed as an intermediary. What I ended up doing is exactly what I had trying to avoid, namely to bring downstairs myself all the boxes while he (a huge truck driver) just watched without helping at all (I’m 150cm * 45kg woman). I had to ask a neighbor (that luckily was at home) to help me with the heaviest of the boxes. I also had to help him carry and load the pallet jack on the truck. Last thing I saw was my 11 packages floating in the truck. Of course such a mess in the order was bound to have bad consequences for delivery. The packages didn’t arrive the day they were supposed to. The packlink tracking system was completely uninformative so I used directly the TNT tracking system, which said that the receiver (me I guess) refused the order (which of course was not true as no one had shown up). I called TNT customer service which told me that they do not deal with orders processed via Packlink, only Packlink can do so. So I try to get to call Packlink customer service, which does not have a call option but only a chat option. The chat option is completely useless. Only thing they can do is to ask curier more info ("there was a problem with the delivery"- thank you, I figured) and ask them to fix it. The first day nothing arrived, the second day only one of the boxes arrived, the third day 7 boxes arrived..and so on, it took overall two weeks for all the packages to arrive. In the meantime Packlink was unable to provide any update whatsoever on day or timeframe of expected delivery, obliging me to stay blocked at home for days to wait for the packages. Notice that moving to another country, I not only urgently needed the content of the boxes but also I could not afford staying days stuck at home - as I needed to take care of many other urgent practical things. I will never use this service again and advice other potential customers against this service. Potential customers should know that Packlink is only an intermediary and all details on service depend on the curier, so conditions need to be extra carefully checked with the curier. Explanations of delivery options (an essential feature) are totally misleading in Packlink website.

Horrible experience, worst customer service ever. There are no numbers, emails or pec to communicate with. I will go with lawyers against them.

Packaged never picked up

I have bookied a packaged to send. They still have not collected yet in the tracking number it appeared as done. Im trying to contact them but there is no way, no phone, no chat.
This service is very bad. I think is better to hire the delivery company directly.
wont use it never again!!!

Useless, bordering on crooked.

Ok, so I have a package delivered. Arrived broken. They claim it wasn`t well packed and refused my claim. Not happy, but asked for the item to be returned. OK they say. Then they tell me it was "disposed of". Yessica accepted that this shouldn`t have happened, returned the cost of the postage and said they would be refunding £150, the value of the item, within 30 days. That was in May. Since then, nothing. Don`t answer their phone, their email etc etc. Yessica seemed on the level. Now? Who knows. But they`re not to be trusted.

Please learn from my experience....

Please learn from my experience – under no circumstances use Packlink.
We have lost a significant amount of money with little chance of remuneration – please read on.
We shipped over £500 of electronics to an eBay buyer through Packlink (and could prove it). Although the consignment was registered in Packlink’s system, it never came out again.
We soon realised there was an issue, so made contact with eBay (as we understand Packlink is owned by eBay). Despite making “all the right noises” it was apparent that eBay’s personnel didn’t really want to get involved, almost closing ranks, repeatedly directing me to Packlink’s Customer Service.
The help desk at Packlink were less than useless, eventually offering a meagre £25 compensation as we never took out their additional insurance.
I fail to understand why should we need to insure against a company not fulfilling their contractual obligations?
Contacting the Police and the Citzens Advice Bureau, it was suggested we raise a case through the Small Claims Court. However, it transpires we cannot do this as Packlink are registered outside the UK so this was never an option.
As it stands, we’re still £500 down on the transaction and starting to believe we will never be able to recoup the substantial losses.
Somebody knows exactly what happened but no one is accepting responsibility.
Again, my recommendation - avoid at all costs!!

Update:
In case anyone is under the misapprehension that every thing has been sorted. Far from it!! Same old response from Packlink - apparently it was our fault they "stole" our gear because we weren't insured.
We won't let this lie though and will do all we can to chase the thieves through the courts.
Resting on the previous closing statement - avoid at all costs!!

I payed for a packege and they did not…

I payed for a packege and they did not show up… so I waited two weeks for return, what was happaned after two enquieres.
Later I ordered shipping again and… he did not show up. Gosh never again…
