Poor quality products with third class customer service

I want to return the product i bought, raise the return request in 2 days of receiving the product. The quality is so poor, but still waiting to hear back and tried ringing the contact number available on website, nobody picks up, tried using chatbox, nobody replies. I don’t know how they become trusted sellers on tesco.

Not received

My experience is not great because i never received my parcel, because evri never delivered it.

I did email them and gave them all the information required. A couple of days later they phoned me saying that they had found it and would deliver it, then the next day sent an email saying that they have made a search but could not find it and to get in touch with the sender to ask them what my options were.

Did that but no further response. :(

A very good item for the price

This sack truck was delivered in good time, and in undamaged condition, although there were a couple of small punctures in the packaging due to careless handling. Assembly is easy, and the truck is sturdy, works well, and folds down easily for storage. The claimed max load is 90kg, although that seems quite a lot for a lightweight aluminium truck. The wheels have ball bearing hubs, which is excellent, but are a rather loose fit on the shafts, causing wobble. But as the inner face of the bearings don't rotate, the shaft can be packed out with a bit of duck tape to give a tighter fit, which cures the problem. This is a very good truck for the price and I recommend it.

The product is extremely poorly made…

The product is extremely poorly made and broke on first use. Avoid. To add to this, I reported the refund of the extremely poorly made item on Sunday 10th August and received the first email from Oypla on the 14th August, after posting this review. They claim in the response that they have tried to contact me, they have just contacted me today with lengthy terms and conditions - suspect to avoid having to take any returns. Buyer beware, quality of products very poor and terms and conditions of return constructed in such a way that the item is potentially not returnable. I shall report to Tesco marketplace who allow such business to sell on their platform and to consumer standards, should I not receive a satisfactory response for this LLP.
