Communication could have been better

Communication could have been better. Original item ordered was no longer in stock. Another model was supplied but had to call them to find out what was holding up shipment. Am pleased with item received.

Invacare Perfecto-2
Order was shipped and received within a week and this was during the week prior to Christmas. So far the unit has met my expectations and much quieter than the unit provided by insurance thru Lincare and will pay for itself within 2 months!!!!

I ordered a refurb but got new

I ordered a refurb and with the Holidays it wasn't going to ship till after Christmas but a new one was available to ship before Christmas for just an extra 195.So it showed up today no problem!!!

I FIRST BOUGHT A USED CONCENTRATOR FROM THEM WORKED GREAT THEN I HAD A ISSUE THEY TRIED TO HELP OVER THE PHONE GOT IT WORKING THEN THEY SENT A REPLACEMENT AND A FREE PICK UP OF THE OLD ONE.JUST RECENTLY ORDERED FILTERS AND THEY ARRIVED IN A COUPLE DAYS.
