I recently made a purchase and unfortunately it did not arrive. Oxygen concentrator store called me to make certain that the product was working properly. Once I explained that I never received the package, they checked and saw that it had been broken by UPS. They resent a brand new cord. Just received it yesterday and I think the oxygen concentrator store is a stand up business. I would definitely buy from them again!
