The owner contacted me about an inquiry I made about their Skip and Pump plushes and went above and beyond finding me a set either though they no longer made them. My daughter recently discovered the characters recently and was thrilled to get them!! Best customer service ever!

I ordered a Vinesauce mug that arrived broken. They were easy to work with in the situation. They got back to me in a timely matter and sent a Replacement in record time. The replacement arrived in perfect condition. I love the vinesauce products on there storefront and will definitely be purchasing more from them in the future.

A couple of items from my order where mistakenly not shipped. After I contacted Ownaj they rectified this immediately and shipped the remaining items. Very fast en friendly customer service!

We ordered Christmas gifts for our son which we were hoping would arrive in time for Christmas. With major shipping delays and the items being shipped internationally to Canada, we had to contact Ownaj several times. The Owner, Jake, was awesome and went out of his way to expedite items. When one of the items (a ceramic mug) arrived broken, he immediately shipped another. My son was very happy with his merch and we were very happy with the service!

The quality of the shirts is good but the prints are terrible. The paint is uneven and sometimes even chonky. Some shirts that I ordered were fine, others were terrible and lost paint on the first wash. One shirt I ordered came in the wrong colour. The owner answered within a timely manner and offered me a 10$ discount or an new shirt but I was honestly not satisfied with the shirts quality at all so that wasn't really a good option for me. They tried tho. The listings are partially outdated and include extras/previews of things that are not offered anymore which is a bit misleading. The designs they offer are really good, I just wish they had a better print quality.

My son had his heart set on a plush that was sold out and the owner went out of his way to make it happen for my son great company with ethics.

I've shopped with Ownaj for years, since Vinesauce merchandise became available if I remember correctly. I've hardly ever experienced any issues with my orders, but the ones that I have had were corrected quickly and efficiently. Like I had a zipper on a Vinesauce jacket break and was able to get a replacement sent to me right away, or I was sent the wrong plush in an order and was able to the correct one sent out the same day I sent an email about it. Just all around great customer service, I always feel confident in shopping here! Also I love the plushies and apparel they offer, especially anything Vinesauce since I really like Vinny as a streamer. They're always adding new creators too so you're sure to find someone you'll like!

A very cool company! They made a glorious and soft mako shark plush~ The assistance they provided when there was a shipping issue was friendly and helpful! 10/10 will order again~!

Placed an order on September 8. I was promised it was going to be shipped end of November. It’s December 10 and I haven’t received my order. They also do not respond my emails.
Update: They responded the order will be shipped soon but there’s no shipping information after a week!

I have bought from Ownaj twice now and both times I have either had to change address or reported slight ink bleeding on a product and I was met with a fairly quick response and my issues were solved very quickly and they are very polite in every email. High quality products and I highly recommend them especially overseas (as I am) and I can't wait to buy from them again ^_^

tldr: I received a damaged lid, the owner told me he had shipped a new lid, I never received one. I escalated to PayPal due to the delays and lack of response to emails, and the owner offered me only a refund, which seems strange if he had shipped a lid.

I ordered a mug + lid. The lid arrived damaged in a box without enough padding. I contacted Ownaj support and received an initial response quickly, saying a new lid would be sent.

I didn't receive any further update after a few days, so I emailed several times over 12 days and finally received a response. Customer service (the owner) said they would ship a new lid and provided a USPS tracking #.

9 days later the tracking was still 'USPS awaiting item'. I emailed the owner and didn't receive a response after 2 days, and so I filed a dispute with PayPal since I just wanted the issue resolved. The owner then claimed he had shipped a replacement lid but did not provide a tracking #. I moved the case forward with PayPal and the owner offered me only a refund. I have not received a lid and I believe he was lying about shipping one.

The product looked better than how it was shown on the website. Great quality. Very pleased and would recommend

I had a little problem with an international delivery and my order was lost somewhere between shipping and arrival. I contacted the store by email and the owner responded very quickly and was so polite and helpful, a lot different from most of online stores, and solved my problem. I definitely recommend buying from this store

Customer service is amazing! They're quick to respond and very helpful. I've had no issue with them whatsoever. I'd definitely order for them again!

Great customer service! Had an item arrive broken on delivery and told them about it. Got a replacement sent out across the ocean very quickly and in perfect condition. They're great! Will continue to shop here in the future too 🙂

I ordered a shirt around the time COVID really kicked off. My order didn’t show up for a bit, so I reached out again to verify again that I did in fact order it, and they told me there was a shipping issue. Upon that email, I received the shirt 2 days later. Excellent customer service experience and an overall good and friendly customer support.

I love aDrive and was excited to see his new merch line Team Shiny through Ownaj. However, upon receiving my order, one of the items was missing. This was a huge bummer and of course I messaged customer support about it. Now many people have had the experience of dealing with customer support when ordering online and things going awry when you don't get an answer back from the company or they can't refund or replace items when delivery is confirmed, etc. Not only did Ownaj respond fairly quick, they also listened to what I had to say, apologized sincerely for the inconvenience, and immediately sent out a replacement. They didn't hound me thinking I was lying or trying to just get free product (which I wasnt). It was an incredibly polite and professional conversation, and even felt like I was talking to a friend and not some automated bot.

I would highly recommend Ownaj, especially if you're supporting a content creator you enjoy, or if you are a content creator trying to find a place to start producing merch for your supporters. It's not often you can find a place that cares so much for their customers, their sellers, and maintaining a positive reputation for those sellers that try hard to please their fan base and supporters. Truly a faith restored.
