Phone answered promptly and politely. Advised a time when they could come out (within the hour); called 5 minutes before arriving.
Ryan undertook the job with minimum fuss and he also sorted another issue we presented them with without issue.

Rubbish... not a proper locksmith... tweaked the handle.. it failed next time I used it... use a master locksmith

We couldn’t lock our front door which is a nightmare for us as one of our dogs can open the door and let out the other dogs. I phoned Owen and he arrived so quickly and resolved the issue immediately which was a great relief to us. Very friendly and professional, I would totally recommend.

Honestly could not recommend or thank Owen enough, less than 12 hours from first WhatsApp enquiry we are fully safe secure and have a better lock than before and all on a Sunday too!! I’m very pleased with the replacement brass letterbox supplied and fitted. Owen the Locksmith was able to find an exact match to the original, wrecked by having a large catalogue thrust through it.
The remedial work was done quickly and tidily. I'm very pleased and would certainly use Owen again.

Needed a locksmith to fix a faulty front door lock. Owen was there within 24 hours and was able to replace the faulty part there and then.
