N0 problems with the service i receive from ovo, bills are explained well, and shows how much energy your using,
Why i didnt give five stars is because i dont have a monitor to show what i am using daily

Kirsten was very helpful checked and relayed back information to me regarding my direct debit,also gave me information on OVO products that would be useful and benefit me. Kristen provided excellent customer service and was a pleasure to speak too.

Whilst dealing with my late father's account the bereavement support were very helpful and understanding, making a difficult time that bit easier.

I reported the loss of my partner and was told the bereavement form for the FiT tariff would be sent. I waited for weeks and nothing arrived. I called again on 20th August 2026 and spoke to Kirsty. She was wonderful – she apologised for the previous errors, corrected the issue immediately, and sent the form right away. After weeks of trying to resolve this, Kirsty finally made it happen. Thank you for making me feel valued and for sorting this out. I really appreciate your help, Kirsty.

OVO has always been brilliant, and I genuinely have nothing negative to say about them. The customer service has been excellent every time I’ve dealt with them. I’ve just spoken to a lady who was probably the nicest and funniest person I’ve ever spoken to when dealing with a company! She was an absolute pleasure to speak to and really made my day. Huge credit to OVO for having such amazing people on their team! 👏😊

The advisor I spoke to was very helpful, answered all my queries and clarified the issues I had. She was very efficient, professional, and also friendly. All in all it was a pleasant and constructive experience.

Engineer was polite and courteous. Respected my home. Cleaned up after himself and wore shoe covers. Very approachable and thorough and gave good information and instructions.

The gentleman I spoke to was very understanding as I lost my wife last year and I had forgotten to inform them , he put my mind at rest and was very helpful in changing what needed to be done
