For young people who thinks that work is a fun
I think you prefer Polish people as you are based in Poland. Sometimes I was worried about my safety. Even get one day off for doctor was a problem. I worked all time in cold departement because I don't lie that I have fake Medical certificate. In nine months I have worked in five warehouses days, nights, afternoon. Living two places. Sometimes I didn't sleep as my shift finished in the morning and at 10 am I had to move to another location. Big cooperation, lot of alcohol and drugs around.

Im glad that Otto work force invited me to this journey. I have learned much working for Albert Heijn, i feel enjoyment every day and working with Otto. I also appreciate the input i get from the Albert Heijn team leaders, i really think that they are very professional and friendly. I appreciate the work Otto does and improving my time in this company. I get good input from the leadership and i can work in accordance to Ottos guidance. I trust my continued work with Otto will improve my working and i can see potential in any position i would be in.

They offer good opportunities but in my case it is difficult. I am receiving a lower salary than people that work at the same position as me also with Otto but I am paying the same as other people for accommodation and food and I also need to send money to my family. Also my accommodation It is 1 hour far from home (by car) and sometimes me and my colleagues we arrive late to work (or to home, the other day we finished our shift at 23:45 and we arrived home near 04:00 a.m.) because of the Otto cars.

Disproportionate €500 fee for early resignation / Unreasonable policy
During my first 2 weeks, I earned €500 in total (€250 per week). On top of this, there is an uncollected balance of €100. Due to urgent family reasons, I needed to resign and gave a 2-week notice instead of the standard 4 weeks. In response, I was told that a €500 penalty fee would be deducted from my salary.
Thinking humanely, doesn't a €500 fine sound completely excessive? The warehouse hires 5 to 10 new workers every single week, so claiming that my position cannot be filled is simply hard to believe.
Up until I submitted my resignation, I was actually satisfied with the job, the working environment, and the accommodation. However, encountering this kind of treatment at the very end completely ruined my morale and experience. Anyway, thanks for everything nonetheless, OTTO Albert Heijn Bleiswijk. :D
