The job is really good, also very quick to learn.

There're a lot of bad personal experiences, true. But if you don't come with high expectations it's good. Sometimes you need to ask and push some things, but always in a polite manner. It's not good if you're coming with no money, because you'd usually get paid on the third week and it's not 100% sure that it'll be a good one. There're good and bad accommodations, it's nothing personal if you get a bad one. And you usually share bedrooms and houses with other employees. In my 10 months experience it was mostly good. There's no such thing as a perfect workplace or a perfect environment, so don't expect a red carpet and you should be fine.

The job and the people is amazing but regarding to the treat of Otto… simply horrible. When we arrived they make us go to a hotel without even a fridge and we needed to buy food for each day. After they sent us to a home and when we arrived to the room everything was dirty. I have pictures. Also they take to much time to answer. If you want to came with them be careful. Its okey to start but nothing else.

My actual coordinators are really nice and helpful. And my workplace is also very good with a good team.

Overall, I am satisfied with the service. The office staff were helpful, quick, and solution-oriented. However, there were some issues with the accommodation, especially regarding hygiene. The building was very old, and there was a bad smell in the common areas. These issues negatively affected my experience.

I am very satisfied work with OTTO, but unfortunately a lot of external factors are giving good results less in working. For provide improvement classification can help. Support depends of employees as well. I am appriacte for support from whole OTTO Work Force team.

Every request I make is handled promptly, and none of my questions go unanswered. I always receive a quick and clear response to every email and inquiry. Communication is excellent, and I have never had any problems reaching the team or getting the support I need. It is a pleasure to work with such a dedicated and reliable team. I truly appreciate their support and would highly recommend this agency.

Overall a very decent experience this far except for some minor issues with transport and general pro-polish behaviour and favouritism of the employees at work other than that the accomodation is very good for the most part and working conditions are good

Well where should i start, this was by far the worst experience i had, first of all they tell you that you will live on a specific place then they change the play on the day before, saying its full and we already had all flights booked so we needed to go, then we arrived at a place on a Sunday, just to let you know if you have any problems with the accommodation they don’t solve, so ye, basically they don’t care about you, the accommodation was given by Kafra Housing, wich was a mess, the guy on reception gave us a map and writes by hand a line with the location and basically said, follow the map ahahah, on a place I never been with more than 40 “rat houses”, the house was for 6 ppl, I was with a friend sharing a “Lego” room, if I stretch my arm I could almost kill my friend, really small rooms all dirty with gum stocked on my bed, smelling piss all around and another funny fact, they want a b2 at least lv of English, and they put us with 4 polish persons that don’t speak in English and the guy in reception said to use google translate to communicate, this must be a joke, I had to leave that place because I would never feel safe in there, there was no locks to lock your bedroom which is crazy, so you leave to work and your room is open so everyone can see your room, and take advantage of it, I had to pay an hotel room, because I had no choice, the reception would close at 18:00 and they just left us out with no other option, I was stupid and tried again in another location and it was like a prison, full of crack heads, first thing I got asked is if I smoke weed and other drugs, because the guy sells it apparently, but this is all in the reception so you guys have an idea, there was police cars, guys without shirt speaking alone, I mean full off bad things, my shower was broken for 3 weeks because the guy that was there told me, and basically was that my adventure with Otto, let me tell you that they pay ppl to put good comments about them, otherwise it would be less than 1, would be rated as 0, don’t go with them, they are pure evil, hope I helped someone.

Easy to contact the management and if you work good give you every thing work days and salary same time increase also thank you otto

The housing experience is perfect , and about the working experience , I was able to adapt fast to what I need to do.
