Kristian the sales man was lovely but that’s about it.
Delivery arranged then cancelled on the day…these things happen so even though taken time off work I said be nice to have fuel in the car when delivered. Kristian checked with the boss Sam who is never available and apparently doesn’t really get involved with sales!!
Sam told Kristian not the garages fault so no nothing would be done as down to the delivery company.
Kristian took it upon himself to say he would make sure there was fuel.
Guaranteed it would be here by 9.30 am at the latest due to missing work…lunchtime it arrived.
Delivery lady lovely and shocked at how the car had left the garage. Fuel on reserve and I live out in the sticks.
Private plates promised to not be there.
Alloys in a right state that was not mentioned

Phoned Kristian and asked for the boss as wasn’t happy at this point and paid full asking price so no deals done.
Again not available
He finally replied by text to Kristian saying return it if not happy!!
I explained very calmly under the circumstances as I’d never experienced such a couldn’t care less attitude!!
That the alloys needed sorting and something to cover the fuel promised, plates and all the issues.
Kristian offered £200 to get it all done which I said would probably cover the cost of 1 wheel so again he had to try and reach Sam the boss.
After the poor delivery lady had now been sat waiting with us for hours I get a call back.
Kristian again said Sam wasn’t available and he wasn’t happy that I’d been offered the £200 as he wouldn’t have even offered that so take it or send it back!!
Stunned
Apparently the company was fantastic but a year ago it was taken over and it seems not for the better.
After another hour Kristian arranged for a company to come out and do the wheels which we were happy with.
Due to living so far out it was then down to me to do almost an hours round trip to drop the delivery lady to a train station and only because she was so nice I did.
The company for the wheels then tell us their van has caught on fire so will be looking at early September before they get to us.
I phoned yet again for the boss and not available, so explained to Kristian it needed to be booked into a garage within the 14 day period as I didn’t trust after that it would be done and also on dropping off the lady the back brakes were grinding.
He said leave it with him, I received a text message
That’s your only option, have a lovely day!!!
I then wrote a review and within minutes Sam the boss phoned!! He told me ‘listen to me my dear down to you to get it back to us’ then hung up and blocked me
Never dealt with a person like it! Since received an email as legally they are required to collect saying will be in touch when it can be collected… it’s been a week and nothing!
