The price for a replacement phone cover was great, however it is taking forever to ship it. I ordered it on 5/16/26, and it still hasn’t shipped.

Thank you for continuing to meet the warranty on my defender. In construction it is the only choice and one I recomend to apprentices right away. Usually they will crack a phone screen or two before getting a defender.

Easy. Replaced an IPhone 13 Pro Defender Case that has lasted 4 plus years. Ya ll were out of the Defender Pro case so I settled for another style, hope it is as durable as the Defender.

Bought a case on May 13th with expected delivery of May 16th. It is now May 22nd and I still have not received it. Contacted Otterbox to let them know it’s been “stuck” between Chicago and Bedford Park. Otterbox responded with “it’s in transit”. tracking still shows it’s in Chicago. Disappointed in customer service.

Initially I found it difficult ordering and in fact when I received order it was not what I wanted. What I wanted was a holster and a case for my iPhone 16 Max
as the one that I have been using no longer snaps securely in the case.

instead of a case and a holster I received two holsters that are about 3/4” to short and narrow to fit my phone. Your product # on label reads 78-81439 with a upc of 8 40304 77473 9.

My preferred style was out of stock, but delivery was fast

Can't fault customer service; however, the product itself is not fit for purpose. I'm referring to the cord which loops through the holes in the case so the phone can be worn like a bag (for ease, safety etc. ). The first time I used it one of the ends fell off and I almost lost my phone. I complained and the cord was v replaced, but this time the whole cord slipped out of the hole even with the end still in. This is a flawed design which doesn't work.

Kickstand broke for the second time, this after only 3 months usage. Flimsy kickstand mechanism, flex & distortion means stand jams easily and eventually breaks.

Note: this second iteration of breakage is after completing a warranty replacement for a similar kickstand failure, at a cost of approx $13 for shipping. I did not sign up for a $52/yr recurring iPad case subscription.
