I was sent the wrong replacement case I was sent a single rubber case instead of the actual rubber cover that goes on my hard case

I have purchased several OtterBox cases over the years, partly because of the warranty and when I put a warranty claim in it was denied because you couldn’t identify my product. That’s poor business practices.

iPhone 16 phone case had excessive pressure on the power button.Wwas warranty replaced with new case and the new case has the same issue. I'd say I'm done purchasing Otterbox products, clearly quality has declined.

My charging port cover ( defender otterbkx case ) broke off and then plastic piece inside the case by the AI button broke off and submitted couple photos and got approved for the replacement but - paid 13.99 for shipping meh 🫤

Easy process for claiming a replacement case for my iPhone. No questions asked. The $12.95 shipping fee is a tad steep, but I have no complaints. And it was here in a matter of days. Excellent customer service!

I ordered online and the phone case was the wrong size, so I sent for a return. It has been months and I received no refund and communication with Otterbox has been unhelpful. You must pay for return shipping, which is unfortunate as there are no Otterbox store return options. I would guess this is the reason why I never received my refund.

I have used otter box an others and have found that although OB may cost more its been worth it everytime.

Was happy to find otter boxes with great drop protection.

If its truly a lifetime warranty, it'd be nice to have a pickup location available versus having to pay for shipping everytime i needed a new case.

I cannot fit the protective cover on the phone yet both you and the phone say it is made for the Galaxy 22. I intend to take it to the Verizon store in town. They recommended I get one on line because they only carried the latest cases. I hope they can make it fit - maybe can stretch the plastic which is really stiff..

I put in a warranty they sent me a case no problem. Great service.

It did not come with screen cover with others. I will have returned it but my son says he wants it for his phone . I have to look for another brand

The replacement arrived and STINKS. I don’t know what the smell is from but it smells awful. Wiped it down with a disinfecting wipe and two days later it still stinks.
