There was a quick response when there was a delivery issue, but no response when I questioned the fabric content of the caftans that I ordered. Design is lovely and they look good, but I don’t think that Linen/Cotton blend is correct.

It is a nice caftan very colorfull and nice material. A little bit too transparent if you take a white one as the material is more viscose/polyester than linen.

I ordered 3 caftans for $89. They were buy 2 get 1 free. They are beautiful to look at but not what I was thinking they would look like on. I want a return. I have contacted this company 4 times by email. I have gotten 1 response telling me to not do anything yet and WAIT FOR A RETURN APPROVAL??? After that I've heard nothing. I feel like they are trying to wait past the 30 day window per their return policy. I am very frustrated that in this day and age of ordering and returns that this is totally unacceptable. My order # is 50722 and they are new in package with tags still in place.

Emailed them on the suggested email address within a few days of receiving the item requesting to return, 25 days later and several further emails and still no response.

Very comfortable, easy to wash, etc. I had a hole in one of the pockets when one of them arrived though. Also, the tracking of the package was not as detailed as other online providers. But...I have recommended the company to others.

The material is lovely! It doesn’t wrinkle too much, it’s light and airy and I was pleased with the patterns and colours.

I now have e Ornella caftans, 2 long, 1 short. The colours are vibrant, the fabric lights a feather. I particularly love the pockets on 2 of them. Looking forward to the summer (I'm in Canada) and wearing the short one to go shopping.

I ordered 3 caftans and only received 1. I wrote to their customer service line and have received no response after two weeks.

Caftan is very comfortable, and pocket is in the perfect location and kaftan is easy to maintain.

The fitting was different for the second one. Otherwise great purchase.

I can not say enough good things about this company. I made a mistake while placing my order. I immediately emailed them and I heard back from them within FIFTEEN MINUTES! Their answer clarified my problem, again, which was my fault. From the time I placed my order and corresponded, my dresses arrived earlier than promised. And the dresses, BEAUTIFUL! The quality of the fabric and the construction is fantastic. The dresses are pretty enough for church, entertaining, or casual. I will be placing another order immediately.

Don’t buy! They have no returns 1 size only each one difference and long ones are for 6 footers so long! Asked for for details for returns only reply wanted to know what was wrong but had already said no information on how to return not sure how they get away with that BEWARE!!

I was amazed at how fast I got my dresses and I’m totally amazed at how well they fit. They are gonna be perfect for summer.
I absolutely love the colors. The only issue I have is where they were a little bit too long even though I took the short pocket dress I’m only 5 foot two so I’m having a lady shorten them by about 4 inches for me. Other than that I’m pretty happy with them.
If anyone wants to buy anyone of these dresses, I suggest you do it now. They are very comfortable and well worth the buy. Don’t wait. I highly recommend anyone to purchase these dresses and they will not disappoint.

I ordered 3 caftans and love them! I live in a hot climate and the minute I get home from work I trade my hot work clothes for a cool, flowy caftan! I’m cool, comfortable and look cute!

They are super comfortable,I get comments every time I wear one of the fabulous garment I have handed out you website to many ladies.

I love my caftans. I wear them as soon as I get home. I also wear them at the beach. They actually have pockets! Yay! The colors and patterns are lovely. 😊

It's been over 2 weeks and i'm still waiting on information regarding my purchase that i would like returned. After initially being told someone would get back to me in 5 days with the return information (which in itself is a joke), i have not been able to get in contact with anyone.
