Great service and the umbrella is really lovely. It was bought as a gift so hopefully it will stand the rest of time as was expensive.

A beautiful umbrella. My daughter was so happy to receive it. A quirky design which sets it apart from other umbrellas. The same goes for the workmanship, finish and presentation. This was our first umbrella from Duckhead but it won't be the last.

I had a duckhead for years while in college until I accidentally left it behind in an auditorium once. So this is my second, and I fully anticipate it will last through strong winds and rain like my first. Not only are they so beautiful and unique, but they have lasted me forever and are so easy to use for a small collapsible umbrella. I started using a full size umbrella once I had my daughter, but storing that in the car is so cumbersome. On top of that, there's not way to keep dry when it's raining hard and I'm trying to finagle a full size umbrella into my car while I'm in a parking lot, so having a smaller one makes sense.

The product itself is great and of quality, no complaints. My package only had two of the three items I ordered but eventually that was corrected when I contacted customer service. I eventually received all three items.

Something a little different! I bought this for my daughter and she loves it! Sturdy and a handy size.

I give 4 stars only because my order took longer to arrive and it messed up my plans a bit, as it was for a gift.
However, the umbrellas are lovely, very sturdy and very well made. In general - happy with my order :)

I have bought two umbrellas for Christmas presents. They are lovely and I shall be buying one for myself next year. They are beautifully made and the colours are great.

I absolutely love this design and the idea of the umbrella having a duck's head.
I also think that using re-cycled fabric and being handmade are a plus too.
The only downside was that it took a while to get to me (order was despatched on 26th October and delivered on 8th November) but it was well worth the wait.

Have yet to use in rainy weather as there has been no rain since my umbrella arrived … typical. All appears to be working and has been thoroughly tested by my 3 year old! I am so pleased with my umbrella and have shown many friends who all agree it’s very cute. Arrived quickly and well packaged. Thank you
