As a bridge, it’s great.
As a company/ service operating the bridge - it’s far from being customer focused. Their system does not help you with payments/invoices and it’s easy to end up with fees x2 bigger than the bridge cost.

Extremely confusing website
Extremely confusing website, bunch of irelevant information. Lisence plate management is horible, not possible to adjust easily. Always unclear which vechicles register which are not.
On mobile app not possible to switch lisence plates.
I want it simple website with easy control, rather than reading irelevant text all over.

Øresundsbron keeps deactivating my payment and closing my ØresundGo without notice
Øresundsbron’s system keeps randomly deactivating my valid credit card and ØresundGo/Storebælt contract without warning. Everything was correct — valid card, registered plate, active contract — yet the system failed me four times.
Because of this, I had to make four (!) dangerous maneuvers reversing and changing lanes at the toll gates, just to get through. In the end, I was forced to pay full price at another gate — even though I clearly had the right to the reduced ØresundGo rate.
To make it worse, customer service refused to refund the difference or take any responsibility.
This is beyond bad service — it’s unsafe, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.

It’s the only way to travel between…
It’s the only way to travel between Sweden and Denmark and they apply all their wired connections to their costumers if you agree or not, it’s the only way to cross the bridge!

We offer different ways of payment and discount agreements, which you as a customer are free to choose from, by whatever suits you the most.
However we are not the ones operating the trains between Denmark and Sweden.
