ORANGE WASTED HOURS OF MY TIME!!!
initial appointment to install fiber optic internet, technician arrives hangs around for 1.5 hours and leaves claiming he needs another technician to do the job this despite having another technician with him on site. It was clearly too much work running the cable so he left. Called to reschedule and made 3 appointments all of which the technician never showed up.
Finally i was told that the people i had spoken to could not reschedule the appointment, which they did 3 times, instead i had to speak with the installation company. i told them to cancel the appointment. ORANGE WASTED HOURS OF MY TIME!!!

Utterly disgraceful and disgusting. Please do not ever use this company for whatever reasons.
I used 3gb Sim when I went to Copenhagen. I inserted the SIM card properly but it didn’t work. So I asked a refund via email. They responded to me and asked my personal info. Since then, I have not heard from them even though I’ve sent them many follow up emails. They’ve been ignoring me for like five months now. Utterly disappointing. They’re just a scam.
Worst Service & Customer Service
I sent a complaint about the unstable internet ever since they came to change my router, to some "better and faster" one, which ever since the change caused unstable internet that constantly throttles and doesn't work, so after my complaint, the technician comes, brought no router, barely speaks English, and then said it was an issue with the range and that we need an extender, I said we have an extender, but the issue is a problem everywhere in the house, he insists on looking at the extender, so he takes it from my room and resets it and it doesn't connect, and then he goes "ahh there's your issue, the extender isn't programmed properly you have to change it" then he leaves and I'm like ok so he's useless, but now my extender doesn't work so my internet speed is halved over WiFi, my dad goes to change the extender at one of their locations, apparently they didn't want to change it and he had to fight with them about it, and then finally when they changed it, they change it for an old filthy one, my dad brings it back and I'm like pure what the heck... And we've cleaned the cable 3 times with alcohol and it's still coming with black dirt and muck we went back to change it again because we wanted to demand a new one, they said that our 1-year warranty is over, we've had the extender for only 6 months. They refuse to give our old extender back. Then later we realized of course it doesn't work, because he reset it and didn't press the WPS button on the back of the router, and extender to connect them, their own technicians are morons, the lot of them, because this isn't the first time we've had issues if we weren't locked in a contract we'd be done with them a long time ago because it's disturbing when one of the qualifications for being an orange technician is having brain damage and not understanding their own products. I swear interviewing for a technician job at Orange goes something along the lines of asking "What's your experience with being an internet technician?" the interviewee says "What is an internet?" and the interviewer says "You're hired"

Useless nitwits at helpdesk
the chatbot doesn't understand a thing. The customer helpdesk doesn't read nor understands, after eplaining 4 times what I needed, it still wasn't clear. 40 minutes to get a name changed - a simple administrative procedure - and it still isn't done. Completely useless nitwits.
Horrible
This is by far the worst "customer service" I ever had to deal with! Struggling with a chatbot, and they say they give 24/7 support?! That thing says the only way I have to talk to someone is by being called back. Well, I live abroad and they don't accept foreign numbers. Nor I can call them. I am supposed to find a bon de retour of my equipment, and after 24 hours it's not there yet.

Been lamentably connected to orange France for about 13 years. The service is patchy to say the least, but the only one available to us (very rural). We have had no internet for about a year, and in March the telecom pole nearest to our house on the chemin rural fell down - so no phone line since then either. Repeated calls (via mobile), too many days wasted waiting in for some mythical technician who never appears. I’m finally at my wits end. I’d rather be a contactless hermit than continue to put up with this sham of a service. So the next saga will probably be my many failed attempts to cancel our contract. How Orange France get away with such appalling practice is a mystery.

What a waste of money. Can't make or receive calls - even to my friends phone beside me (in Italy)
YES, we use the correct codes for international dialing etc etc.
At least the data works.
When one of my (many) attempts to call managed to actually get to my friend's phone, it appeared as a different number!!!!
Of course, he called that number but nothing happened.
Support is very slow and brushes you off with " you are doing something wrong" I've travelled the world - I know what I am doing.

Sim and customer service are crap
Purchased the sim and it didnt work in Copenhagen. So asked the customer service for a refund. The refund process has not yet to be done even though months passed by. They have not replied my email for weeks! The customer service and the sim card are crap. PLEASE DO NOT USE ORANGE.

A nightmare to deal with
A nightmare to deal with. I was sold the wrong SIM card at Barcelona airport. When I worked out the one they should have sold me I downloaded the e-sim version. Download worked but it wouldn’t activate. Emailed for help was told to phone. I phoned for help and was told they would email me a new QR code which never arrived. I phoned back to be told they couldn’t help me and that I had to go in person to an orange shop in Spain. I was in Amsterdam and it was not possible for me to go back to Spain. So it looks like I’ve lost me 39.99 Euros I paid for the e-sim. Don’t touch them with a barge pole, they are not genuine.
I'm getting billed for an account long closed
We moved from France about a half a year ago; closed the contract. At the time, we had a contract for the home internet and 2 phone numbers. At the orange boutique they've told me I can close the contract without having payed for a full year(used it only for 6 months), since we're leaving the country. After the contract closure, I'm getting a bill for 700 euro(which they extracted from my bank account). Couldn't contact Orange, since I no more have an account with them, and no one ever answered on their support line. Plus to the money being already extracted from my bank account, they keep billing me on one of those 2 phone numbers I closed, for half a year now!
By far, the worst experience I've had with a phone operator, and it's still ongoing.

Bought a traveller "Orange Holiday Europe" sim card for data for 45 euros for 20 GB. Thought it was for one month because no info was found on the package. Expired after 14 days. What a rip off.

Impossible to get customer service
Impossible to get customer service. Customer service is almost impossible to contact. They do not even understand how their system works, you can billed twice for no reason... Mobile data coverage is ok tho.

I wish I could take away stars rather than give even 1! Customer service is abysmal, these guys don't know what they're doing - it took Orange over 5 months to process a contract cancellation, during which time they continued to send their monthly bill and demand payment by way of very threatening letters! you speak to one person, they tell you one thing; you speak to another, you get another story. And nothing positive never happens. Beyond pathetic, totally useless

Having been forced to spend €2000 on tree cleaning to allow orange to install fibre cable, they now don’t recognise my address and deny I have a box which is by my property that I am looking at!
