There're some problems when becoming a OPUMO member when selecting the wrong region. However, the OPUMO customer service team responded promptly and resolved my problems very soon. This made OPUMO deserved the 5 stars rating!

I recently placed an order with Opumo and was waiting on a couple of items to arrive. After contacting the support team, I found out that these two items were in fact out of stock and a member of the Opumo team had e-mailed to make me aware and offer an alternative. Due to the inconvenience, Ahmed very kindly added some store credit to my account. When it came to returning my unwanted items, I realised that the nearest FedEx dropoff point was nearly 100km away. Because of this, Ahmed arranged for a FedEx driver to collect the parcel from my home address. Massive thanks to Ahmed for his fantastic customer service!

Sadly, the item I wanted wasn't accurately listed on the website and not available for purchase even though the transaction went through, however, when I inquired about my order, Pauline stepped in and helped answer my questions and initiated my refund swiftly! The five star rating is due to the fact that Pauline helped me out promptly and to my great satisfaction! Thank you!

Second time shopping from Opumo. But first time having to return items as it didn't suit me. My email request for instructions for return was quickly dealt with by Pauline, it was followed up by Olya. I'm giving the 5 stars base on my experience with the customer service, which was quick and fuss-free.

This site only works if you don't have to do a return. If you do, be ready for the most laborious, painful and slow process to get your money back. Opumo forces you to return the products directly to the producers, making your responsibility to check that the products arrived in each place correctly before processing any refunds. In my case, I bought 6 different products from different producers and returned 5. So I had to monitor the delivery for each one of them, in multiple parts of the globe. Very nice site, horrible service.

I wanted an Aarke Carbonator and Opumo were the only company I could find that would deliver to Jersey so I was delighted to place an order. Unfortunately their swedish suppliers messed up the delivery address and it was sent to France. However, Opumo tracked it down and arranged for another delivery, plus bottles to match (as these also went astray!), and they all eventually turned up a month or so from my placing the original order. It was very disappointing that this happened ( and not Opumo's fault, although reading other reviews this does seem to happen a fair bit) but I was happy with Opumo's helpful attitude and their action to resolve the problem and all turned out well in the end. I really like their selection of goods and the way it is presented and I'm sure I will order more from them in the future
