Especially Ahmed Abdallah from Opumo support team was excellent to work with! I purchased a pair of Common Project shoes and wanted to make a return for a refund. He gave me very clear guidelines on what I needed to do and everything went through as explained. Looking forward to use Opumo in future purchases!

Had some bad luck with receiving a wrong order, as something went wrong in the fulfillment centre. I e-mailed and received a very prompt response. The customer service that Ahmed provided was absolutely excellent. Things can go wrong sometimes, but when mistakes are being handled this well, you actually end up liking a business more, not less. Will obviously order again.

Great service from Opumo and it was all down to Ahmed. When my poor little beanie got caught up in customs I thought this was all over, sayonara baby. God knows how lonely he got there for days on end but then Ahmed prevailed and now here he is, happy as Larry, on my head having a great old time! Cheers dude👍

Sometimes you have to rate a retailer by what happens after the purchase, when they already have your hard earned money.

I bought in November and all was fine until the product went faulty. Ahmed was like my personal case manager and ensured everything was resolved quickly and beyond what I could have hoped for.

I initially bought because of the low price but will come back because I know the service (in this instance Ahmed) is second to none.

I ordered some headphones as a retirement gift for a fellow colleague and received an email a couple days later saying that it was sold out. Customer service helped me find another one but really wish I could of got my first choice .

I ordered shoes for my. They were held up in customs. However, you have the best person in customer service. He keep an eye on the package like no one else. Keep me informed. Opumo has a great selection of brands, services and articles. It is my go to place for well designed and well made products. Customer service was also great and they were very proactive to follow up on order inquiries.

My item was out of stuck after I made the order. It was a birthday present so I was sad that a new order wouldnt arrive in time. Ahmed responded prompt and solved the problem with similar items. Great customer service!!
