Best if you get quick answers for my questions

Even though it took me a while to get connected I got a very good information for all my questions from representative called Victor. My advice is to focus on one customer and respond quickly to the question and move to the next one instead of making a client wait nearly 10 minutes for every questions to get answered. Thank you

Excellent back up customer service ! …

I had problems making my first booking online due to my computer. The call centre staff and booking agents were quick to respond and did it for me telephonically . It was so reassuring that my investment on flights is managed by such great customer support and back up systems. A flight pass was definitely my best purchase this year ! Thank you to staff at Optiontown!

Service with a Human Face at Optiontown

First of all, this in my second time using Optiontown for booking my flight. Last year's was awesome - it was smooth all the way and the trip was fantastic.

This time round, it got off to a very rough start for a variety of reasons most of which, I finally realise was because I was not doing things right. However, things became even more frustrating when for more than 24 hours I could not go past "selecting a flight". On one occasion, when I did, and tried to pay using my Visa Debit card, the system could not process my payment. Attempts to have a chat and engage Optiontown personnel proved very challenging. Long cues, delayed email responses and the huge traffic only compounded my problem. However, I was determined to make it work, so I persevered. Then stepped in Jack Small and Kelly - two beautiful, professional and fantastic folks in the employ of Optiontown - you guys rock, period. Thank you.
Jack gave me assurance that someone was going to be in touch with me via whatsapp to sort me out, and that was Kelly.
Kelly, you are such a good and helpful person. You held my hand and sorted out days of frustration and in the end, you boost my confidence in Optiontown and I am gonna stick with you guys and recommend friends to get in touch and book their future flights through your service.

Excellent product for frequent…

Excellent product for frequent travelers. You pretty much compile your own package. The only comment I can make is that there is this initial financial rewiev that you are not aware of when you first book and you immidiatly try and contact customer service which is not very easy to get hold off. But this is just a process that the booking goes through so be patient.
I had a issue with my booked flights and after getting hold of customer service one person really went above and beyond solving my problem very professionaly. Thank you Kelly Anderson for the great service.

Customer Support Needs Improvement

You get real savings when you buy flight passes.

However, it was difficult to reach customer support. Long wait times before someone responds. I was finally able to talk to an someone from support after 2.5 weeks of sending chat queries and emails. He was able to resolve my concerns within an hour.

Optiontown is good in sales but very bad in customer service

Optiontown has evolved to become the option to loose your time and money. I have been using Optiontown for more than more than 4 years. While the company started with a great value for money for frequent travelers, it deteriorated over time to the extent it is not worth using it as such. My overall conclusion is that the company is currently just focused on sales through a lot of restrictions that you will discover booking your flight. The customer care call center won't be answered and writing an email to the customer service has not been as helpful. Think twice and review the terms before you buy the flight passes.

I have been waiting for my flight pass…

I have been waiting for my flight pass to activate for 5 days. Lots of email requesting passport which I sent 4 times. One email says they received it an will activate Then another email saying no address on my passport. Which passport has an address? I’m very discouraged with this process. Tickets are not going to be available by the time they activate. I won’t need it then. Maybe I should just dispute the charge

Great service

Great service. I was slightly concerned with the how long the financial verification would take, but was pleasantly surprised. Very quick and professional support. Well done. Note the online chat feature needs more attention, otherwise great.
