In Glasgow. Excellent service, friendly professional thorough discussion, clear and concise with opportunity to ask any questions. Both individuals I met, young man (K) who carried out most of the tests and the optician (P)were fantastic an asset to the company.

Completly Amazed
From the initial phone call to my no-obligation consultation today, I have been consistently impressed by the exceptional level of customer service provided by the team in Brighton. They were incredibly accommodating and reassuring in addressing all of my questions. The entire experience was remarkable; the whole team consistently appeared happy to assist and were very attentive. As a result, I have scheduled my surgery for the end of July, and I genuinely cannot express enough gratitude to the team in Brighton. I can assure you that I will be recommending your services to my friends and family in the future. Additionally, the facility is wheelchair friendly.

Lens replacement surgery
The team at Leicester were phenomenal in the whole process, from start to finish, giving professional advice and aftercare second to none.
There was a slight hiccup at the Nottingham branch with communication which led to a delay of two weeks in getting surgery, however once the surgery was completed the surgery and their aftercare was great too.
Overall I would rate this whole process 10 out of 10 and wish I’d had it done sooner.
I’ve now got perfect vision better than 20-20 and no longer need glasses or lenses. Superb, 5 Stars from me.

The team were very helpful and accommodating, Falak looked after me initially and done multiple tests very quickly making sure I wasn’t staying longer than needed. I even arrived 10 mins late but they found time to take me in. Well done to all the team

Can't fault my experience at Optical Express, Newcastle. Had laser eye surgery and have been for a number of visits. Extremely well organized, knowledgeable and efficient. On my last visit, I was helped out by Laura, Jess and Dean, all were polite and friendly and just made the whole experience a pleasure.
