I ordered a pair of Specs from Bassol to be delivered to Australia and although the order was delayed due to manufacturing issues, Bassol kept me updated as to delays with multiple emails and updates. Customer service was great and the specs were delivered as ordered.

returns not possible
Delivery and item delivered fine. Returns impossible. I have contacted them through every available route to get a return label and am yet to receive a response. Complete joke. And now, despite a week of efforts the deadline for returns will pass and I will be stuck with sunglasses I no longer want. A shame because the rest of the service was actually good.

Don’t buy from this company if you…
Don’t buy from this company if you leave abroad!!!! Nightmare regarding to the communication. Never again. Bought a pair of sunglasses miu miu model but don’t like them simple answer. Ask for return them, they reply almost week after, yes I had to wait almost one week to get answer to paid 32£ for return shipping label from Uk. No clearly information on their website about this nothing if I would have and I think other customers they prefer to order for bigger price in Uk other from them. Fortunately for me I went for post office and the lady told me if I want send them back because of their 14 days return policy I must to just filled correctly CN 22 form that this is „Return of Goods- Relief Claimed” that avoid them customs fees. Send them this information because I still have to covered 15£ postage cost and what they reply again that I must take their label. Nightmare.
I have already ask Klarna about help no transparent information from customer from Europ at all this one is case to ECK in case I will send all information how this company works

I bought myself a pair of sunglasses from Bassol Optic as a birthday gift. The shipping was incredibly fast, and my order arrived much sooner than I expected.
When the sunglasses arrived, there was an issue with them, so I contacted customer service right away. Francis responded incredibly quickly, and from that moment on, the service was outstanding.
Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally. I received a replacement pair, and I couldn't be happier with them!
A huge thank you to Francis and the entire Bassol Optic team for the fantastic customer service. The only thing I'm sad about is that they don't have a store in Belgium—I would definitely be a regular customer! Even so, this certainly won't be my last purchase from them.

I ordered my glasses on June 17th and…
I ordered my glasses on June 17th and specifically asked for them to be delivered by June 30th. I was assured that my order would be prioritized, but that clearly has not happened.
The glasses have still not even been shipped. I have also contacted customer service twice and have not received a single response.
This level of customer service is very unprofessional. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend ordering from this company.

At first I was hesitant to deal with a vendor I knew nothing about and being thousands of miles away I did some checking and they had good reviews It took a few days for them to acquire the glasses from their supplier Once they were in their hands the process was very fast Fed Ex delivered the glasses in about 5 days from Spain to California I will deal with this company again Great prices and fast shipping

I recommend Bassol USA shoppers
I knew what frame I wanted. I tried the frame at a local store, then I asked AI whether there was a seller in Europe (frames are made in Germany) that sells the in USA. It pointed me to Bassol. I ordered through a US based point of sale app. which increased my confidence this would be a reputable shop, I already have an account with this point of sale app. Within a couple of days the item was shipped by fedex, I could track item to belgium then fed ex hub in memphis and finally here. Frames as expected at a great price ! I cannot ask for more.

Bassol is a great vendor for Serengeti
Bassol is a great vendor for sunglasses. First, they have a great variety and carry stock for models that are out of stock elsewhere. Second, their prices are amazing for top-tier eyewear. Third, their shipping is ridiculously fast. They packaged and shipped my order fast, then traveled from Spain to the US in record time. Got demo lenses on my glasses instead of normal lenses
I bought two pairs of glasses. Because I didn't order prescription glasses I was sent them with demo lenses - with the logo right across the lenses. I wasn't told this would be the case when I bought them. Now I have a choice between paying £32 to return them or getting the lenses replaced - if any optician will do this.

The glasses come with demo lenses, which are standard plastic lenses used to showcase the frames. They are not recommended for daily use as they do not provide proper optical quality or UV protection.
Most designer eyeglasses on the market are sold this way. To use them regularly, you will need to have your prescription or clear optical-grade lenses fitted into the frames. You can easily do this through your local optician or an optical provider.
