Seamless experience
The whole process from start to finish of doing both myself and my wife's funeral plan was seamless. Even the follow up where we were told if there was anything we wanted to change at any time we could do that at no extra cost was great. It can be a sensitive subject sorting out your own funeral plans but it was dealt with in a very professional manor at all times. We now both have complete piece of mind thanks to Open Prepaid Funeral Plans.

Exceptional service
I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt I absolutely had to share this.
Teresa from the prepaid funeral plan team has been nothing short of exceptional. From the very first conversation, she was warm, friendly, and incredibly sensitive, exactly what you hope for when discussing something so personal.
She took the time to clearly explain everything to me, making sure I felt comfortable and informed at every step. What really stood out was how much she went above and beyond, she personally contacted the funeral providers to obtain quotes, came back to me promptly, and handled everything with such care and professionalism.
I can honestly say I’ve never had such a positive experience with any service before. Teresa is a genuinely wonderful person who made a difficult process feel manageable and even reassuring.
If I could give 10 stars out of 5, I absolutely would.

OPEN - Easy to recommend
Right from my first contact with OPEN I found the company to be straightforward but sympathetic. It was so easy to arrange - just a couple of phone calls and emails. Natalie was very clear to understand, explained anything I queried and was helpful. I can recommend them.

Open was recommended to me by my local funeral director, arranged by phone a very easy call with advice all the way through the process very friendly and not rushed, in my case I had already had experience of arranging a funeral and kept the list but I am sure with the guidance of Open all will be catered for .
