What pleasure it was working with your team. I tried to work with another group that provides the same service and they were so unprofessional, pushy and completely unhelpful. Everyone at OOMA from Sales to Support has been phenomenal. They answered all my questions, were extremely helpful, and made sure we were all set up and ready to go before hanging up the phone. It was very refreshing.

Pure trash! The service might be good but any company that makes the customer pay for shipping it back even if the box was never even opened or used is pure trash customer service . Basically is a scumbag tactic to make people keep it even if the entire reason you wanted to get it it's because you get starlink and starlink never comes through to deliver the starlink device and on top of that if you need someone to install starlink that company cannot uninstall the starlink because starlink won't allow them to. Pure trash customer service and system that is in place.

It's always issues with either making the call or receiving! My business numbers are always coming up spam even though I went through the steps for them not too. Customer service is nice but they honestly don't know how to troubleshoot the issue.

Ooma is completely inept. My brother's Ooma Telo device stopped working after several years. I purchased a replacement device. Transferring the number can't be done with the chat support, and must be done over the phone by reading six sets of numbers, three from the old and three from the new.
After several days the number was assigned to the new device. I plugged it in, attached the ethernet cable and a telephone cable. The ethernet cable they supplied was bad so I substituted my own. Asking for a replacement cable was a nightmare. Two chats, one phone call and still no replacement cable. I'd take it back to the store, but it takes several days to get your number attached to the new device. I've never dealt with such an incompetent company. If it were mine I'd have ditched them a long time ago for a competent VOIP company and a nice Grandstream ATA.
I had a big problem with my main line and Titus was able to fix it fast. Thank you!

I run a business and was looking for something to help block telemarketers from calling every few minutes and which that it did perfectly, but the app didn't have very good service for some reason most of the time and I would miss calls and then if I did get the call it would disconnect, like so bad I would have to tell everyone who called to please call back if it disconnects, called in at least 3 or 4 times over all this and I'm not sure if it didn't make the issues worse so I deleted the app and had to go back to answering all the telemarketers/spam calls but at least im not missing my work calls that make me money

Customer service with the gentleman that I spoke with for over two hours was fantastic. I got disconnected and a female picked up when I called back.It was very difficult dealing with her because I could not understand her heavy accent.
