No Aftersales service/ spare parts
Impossible to get spare parts. Useless telephone support they will only help you with an account details or order number. If you have the product in hand with serial number they cannot give you spare parts or any assistance. Weed eater, chainsaw and lawn mower and none work. Useless products pathetic company.

Terrible (not replying) customer service. I'm waiting for weeks now to get a reply on my Rücksende-Anmeldung and there's just not coming any answer back.
No sign of life after sending out multiple emails now.

Not to be trusted
We bought a set of chairs for our garden. After a much delayed delivery the product delivered was wrong and in the wrong colors. It has been 2 months now trying to send back the chairs and be reimbursed. I do not recommend this company even though their priced might be attractive. It seems a click bait type of ecommerce with scarce chances of satisfaction.

Terrible company basically stole money…
Terrible company basically stole money from us , ordered a shed and floor pack and never received the floor. Won’t reply to emails, customer service are rude and unhelpful. We are down 300€ ! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
