Poor quality shop

I bought a mini greenhouse from Oogarden with delivery. Very poor quality, flimsy plastic and aluminium profiles with sharp edges left on them. "Easy assembly" and it took me two hours to get halfway with hundreds of screws and pieces. Then I got to several screw holes that were faulty so the screws would not stick. Gave up. Now I have a pile of useless pieces on my terrace. Waste of time, money and resources. Contacted service client and asked for a refund on 2 April. No answer at all, today is 11 april. Selling poor quality like this makes Oogarden a poor quality shop. Don't buy it.

After sales

after sales service does not answer, there is no acknowledgment of contact taken.
Poor product quality.
I have the feeling of being bilked.

NO answer at all !

I tried, in due time, to cancel one item of my order.
No answers at all or even an acknowledgment of receipt to numerous emails AND via the website.
Sent a registered mail to France : no answer as well.

No respect of delivery lead times and absolutely no customer service!

How they still get a rating that high from many is beyond me. I ordered on April 5. Site indicated delivery as of April 8. I have been sending them messages via their only available automated online messaging functionality. I never received any reply to my 6 messages. I have now cancelled my order. No respect of delivery lead times and absolutely no customer service! You won’t get my business OOGarden.

Avoid

Was taken in by cheap price, but of two items, one arrived damaged and the other never arrived. Sent numerous emails but had no reply. Not received a refund. Even paid the 2.95 for 'delivery insurance' that they offered - seemed bizarre to offer this, but I went with it... was pointless as still not had money back.

Never again from Oogarden

Beginning of december 2014 I have ordered a product with delivery term in 15 days. Although the product remained visible online with the same delivery conditions, I was being told by the responsibles at Oogarden that they do not have it and they do not know when they will have it. I asked them to change the text on the website so that the customer is provided with correct info. They haven't done it and they couldn't answer to my question as to the incoherence of the situation. By the way, they did respect the selling conditions as stipulated on the website and charged me the full cost of the product. After a couple of months of the same replies, I have contacted the producer. As a coincidence, next day oogarden gave me the happy news that my product will finally be sent to me. Three months after my order was placed, I received the product.
So, dear Oogarden team, good luck with your business. I'm sure it won't suffer because of one unsatisfied customer. Not that you would care about this.
