The worst finance company I have ever…
The worst finance company I have ever dealt with.
I bought a car that developed a fault within just a few weeks, yet the finance company refused to accept any responsibility. I was without a vehicle for four months and continued making my monthly payments throughout that time.
They allowed me to miss one payment as a “gesture of goodwill”, but they are now demanding that payment back, while still refusing to acknowledge the inconvenience, financial loss and stress this situation caused.
During this period, I also lost my mother and had no means of transport while the car was being repaired. Despite repeatedly contacting them by phone and email, I received very little support and felt that responsibility was constantly being passed elsewhere.
Although I purchased the vehicle through a dealership, my finance agreement was with the finance company, and I expected them to properly investigate and assist with a faulty vehicle. In the end, I had to pay for the repairs myself.
Thankfully, the car is now fixed, and I am in the process of moving to another finance provider. I have also referred the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

Mixed opinions
+ Their service is decent. They guided me a car that suits my needs.
- There was a miscommunication regarding my addres situation, which ended up me wasting a couple hours not being able to get the purchased vehicle on that same day.
+ I would say they were very helpful in helping me sorting out the matter and one of their staff also wasn't happy with the delay that occurred, so she ended up reporting the matter, which I do appreciate.
They even went above and beyond by getting my new car cleaned before I start using it, and they topped my the fuel (only up to half way though)
Overall, they are a very helpful team that needs to work on communicating with one another
