The communication with OTG was excellent. The trip to the Baltics was better than we expected and our guide Janis was really good. I would have liked an extra day in the Curonian Spit and Liepaja as they were lovely places and also would like more general information on the countries from the guide. Our hotel in Nida was a disappointment as the other hotels were fabulous. Our taxi back to the airport didn't arrive but the company reimbursed our fare. My husband and I really enjoyed our trip and would definitely travel with OTG again.

We recently completed a 10 day tour in Morocco called Tangier to Casablanca.
Our tour guide was Abdel and Mustafa was our driver.
We were a group of 13 people which was a great number and suited our mini bus.
All accommodation was great, even the desert camp.
We had specialised guides in all the cities to explain the history and importance of each culture in the regions.
Abdel was very attentive to everyone’s wants and needs.
He was a wonderful guide for us and we are very grateful that he created an unforgettable memory for us to never forget.
Thank you so much Abdel!!

A fantastic tour covering the best of Morocco in a week. A fabulous guide and driver who were always available. Full of knowledge and positive energy. Enjoyed the sights, a mature age group and an unforgettable experience.

I recently had the pleasure of doing the Hanoi to Hoi An tour with On The Go Tours and it was absolutely unforgettable! From start to finish everything was so well organised, and we got to experience such a perfect mix of culture, history, and fun along the way.
A huge shoutout to our guide, Hung Do – he truly made the trip what it was. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about his country, but he shared it with us in such a genuine and engaging way. He had us laughing every day with his humour, while also giving us such meaningful insight into Vietnam’s history and traditions. You could feel how much he cared about making sure everyone had the best experience possible.
If you’re thinking about this tour – do it! You’ll come away with amazing memories, new friends, and a much deeper appreciation for Vietnam. And if you’re lucky enough to have Hung as your guide, you’re in for something really special

From the first contact with our Morocco tour guide until flight departure back to Melbourne, the whole process was seamless.
Azis our tour guide made contact the day before our scheduled flight to Morocco which set us up comfortably until pick up at the airport on the way to our Casablanca hotel. Our Magical Morocco tour (September6-19, 2025)was rather full on, intensive but really enriching culturally, historically and visually. The traditional Berber family welcoming us in their homes with a refreshing mint tea and homegrown fruits was very touching. First hand experiences being shared by artisans, tanners, weavers, ceramics artists, fossils excavators, ruins/museum historians, cameliers further enriched our visual journeys from Casablanca to Marrakech. Amidst the undulating sand dunes of the Sahara Desert, the dizzying heights of the High Atlas, the never ending palm orchards with drooping date fruits, surprising "Swiss" village, the labyrinth of the medinas, the revelations of the walled cities and more, the hospitality of the locals stand out. Our tour guide AZIS competently managed our daily schedule while being flexible to our personal needs. His choice of local tour guides was impressive, they were very knowledgeable and spoke fluently .He even helped us haggle with the traders at the shops. He is very caring with our safety during our free time and always remind us of protocols. Our driver MUSTAPHA made us feel safe and comfortable even during long trips between cities. He give us a hand in almost anything we ever asked for. These two make very efficient partners from start to finish. We highly commend both of them for their dedication to their work and the pride they share about their ancestry. More improvements needed in the choices for hotels; very steep steps with no lifts, stiff browning towels, no fridge in the room, tv out of order.
Of course we will come back to see Morocco again!

This was our second visit to vietnam and it did not disappoint. Sy our guide was incredible. His love for vietnam became contagious as we travelled throughout the region. It is a fast paced tour so be prepared for early morning starts.
Sy was a wealth of knowledge when it came to history, culture and food. I would highly recommend this trip for those who want a variety.
Google translate and the Grab app (similar to Uber) were very useful.

The tour was excellent! We immediately felt that we were in safe hands with our guide, Sy. Sy was informative, patient and willing to help all on the tour. He went out of his way to make our experience the best and is very patriotic which was lovely to see. We learnt such a lot about Vietnam and hope to return for further adventures. The highlights of the tour were the Halong Bay cruise and the cycling in Hoi An, though not for the faint hearted! The mixture of fellow tourists was well arranged and we all got on very well. I would recommend On The Go tours for their professionalism and attention to detail. Thank you for a great experience.

Aziz our tour guide and Mustafa made the tour. Aziz is intelligent caring and very knowledgeable and he crafted a brilliant overall experience with interesting experiences and some much needed exercise along the way.
Mustafa is a joy to be with and a very competent and obliging driver.
I loved the blend of history splendour and nature and that we supported local cooperatives.
The group were great and we accommodated to each other’s needs.

My experience with Go Tours was outstanding. I wanted to experience the culture, sights, foods and shopping of Vietnam…and I achieved that and so much more through the friendly, caring and professional service of the Tour Leader Trinh Sy. Sy shared an insight into his country and its history that left me determined to learn more once I return to my own homeland. Thank you to Sy and Go Tours….Highly recommended 😁

The outline of the tour was great, but the trip notes are highly inaccurate, setting false expectations. They listed optional activities which were not offered at all and the driving times in the trip notes are understated by a lot. It also says that the Berber Museum in the Jardin Gardens in Marrakech is included, but you need to show the ticket to get in and our local guide was not helpful at all, giving a lame excuse that we do not have enough time. Furthermore, it is said that you meet your guide and receive more information on the first evening - which was also not true! I specifically asked before the trip when this meeting would take place, they told me 7:30 pm on the first evening. After arriving, I was informed that no, there was no meeting on day 1, we would meet on day 2. I could have organised my own outing that day if they had given accurate information, but now, I wasted a day sitting in a hotel because of false communication from them.
Our tour guide Mustapha did very little explaining. We spent so much time on the bus where he could have told us about Moroccos history, social life, etc - but didn't. The local guides in the big cities were a mixed bag as well. Mustafa in Marrakech was awesome, giving us time to shop and haggle in the souks. He really understood that this was a first time experience for all of us and that there were so many things to wonder and marvel at. On the other hand, the local guide in Fes, Omar, just rushed us through, didn't give us any time to look around. The overall timing of the tour was not well planned, either. We were given free time in the worst square of all of Marrakech - it stank, we were warned of all the cons on the square and basically could just stand around waiting for the 40 min to pass while we would have much rather enjoyed free time in the souks. Similarly, in Fes, after a very rushed tour of the old medina, they give you the afternoon off, after having returned you to the Riad, which is located in the new medina, which has nothing of the souks or the charme of the oldtown, making it a highly undesirable area to have free time in. You don't get any time to look around the souks in Fes on your own, they just drive you to two or three spots where they make a commission with every purchase. The real let down was a two-hour lunch break in Meknes on a Friday where everything is closed. This whole tour should have started two days later, so that the Friday is spent on the 10-hour drive from the desert. The stops on these super long drives all seem commission-based for the tour company, they mostly try to sell you things like carpets, arganoil and roseoil. We also had no freetime in Casablanca, but were rushed through the mosque and then rushed back to Marrakech. We drove along the ocean and would have all loved like an hour to get lunch and go down to the beach, but no.
Before booking the tour, their sales team was super responsive, answering all my questions. But as soon as I made the booking and paid, it was hard to get hold of anyone. The customer service chat wouldn't answer. The messages I sent in the traveller portal never made it through or at least never got answered. Eventually I had to resort to lying to the chat, acting like I hadn't made a booking to speak to a person.

Travelling to Vietnam was like a dream come true. My sister and I loved the opportunity to travel together for the first time since we were kids. The experience with On The Go tours in Vietnam was more than what we wished for. We had so much fun and had the best tour guide. He provided historical information, fun, caring nature and help for those who struggled in the group. He also had passion, patriotism and the love for his country which was infectious. I would highly recommend anyone who thinks about travelling to Vietnam to come and visit this beautiful country and experience its magic firsthand. Would love to return for more adventure.

Above all, it was the guide, Aziz and his young driver Mustapha who made my experience of Morocco so joyful and enriching.
Together, they made a great team, with Aziz's maturity, inteligent planning, openness and informativeness and Mustapha's safe and capable driving and his irrepressible sense of fun and helpfulness. They worked seemlessly together.
Aziz is a fine representative of his people, warm-hearted, gentle, patient, and meticulously well organised but easy-going and always approachable and happy to answer questions and giving very good advanced summaries of each day's schedules and at the same time being tuned into group and individual needs. Aziz:10/10. Mustapha: 10/10.
They were what really made a holiday into a journey of the heart. I thank them so much.
The tour itself was a fantastic introduction to Morocco. Except for the astounding scale and artistry of the Hassan II Mosque and the Atlantic shores, Casablanca was like so many other big cities; a bit too busy for me. Rabat was very beautiful and I loved the medina and the riverfront and the divine riyad we stayed in. I really enjoyed the old quarters, wherever we went; the narrow winding streets, their hum of life and commerce and the astonishing architecture and culture.
The destinations were cleverly selected and I'd struggle to pick a favourite but Chefchahoun exceeded my imaginings, as did the Sahara and the medina of Fes, let alone the grandly rugged landscapes we travelled through.
A basic level of fitness is needed and fitter people will find it easy. The distances covered necessitated longish drives.
I recommend On The Go Tours wholeheartedly. They put a lot of effort into their tour and it showed - thanks to Aziz and driver Mustapha.

I wanted to have some authentic experiences on my Vietnam trip. Having a knowlegeable local guide gave me the confidence to enjoy authentic street food without the worry of getting sick. Due our guide we had the skills to explore the city ourselves on foot. Traffic doesn't necessarily stop for pedestrians and I appreciated being shown how to safely cross the road. Our tour leader, Hung was extremely helpful and patient with our group even when asked the same questions multiple times or when difficult circumstances beyond his control arose. Highlights for me were the Vespa street eats tour in Hoi An, the Hanoi rickshaw ride and the Halong Bay cruise. Thoroughly recommend.

Hung was exceptional, even under circumstances beyond his control. Safety for the group was paramount and his cheerful demeanour kept the tour light and fun. This was our first ever tour and we were not disappointed.

Great tour despite weather cancelling Ha Long Bay cruise. Tour guide Sy was so good at reorganising itinerary. In fact he was a highlight of the Vietnam leg of the tour. Outstanding knowledge about history and life.
