Bought Rife tour feel golf balls, boxes and sleeves were correct the balls inside the sleeve however were not tour feel but distance balls a cheaper ball. I have bought this ball before and had no problem but this time not. Have put complaint yet to hear back

Poor follow up.
The website is OK, but never mentions "American Golf". However the follow up with delivery info is poor. I did'nt get a delivery email. The goods were however very good.

I didn't receive my order
I didn't receive my order. I waited in for your courier. They didn't turn up and cancelled my delivery slot. No explanation, no attempt to rearrange delivery.
My order then sat with them for over a week with no attempt to deliver. It's now on its way back to your warehouse, despite no attempt to deliver it. I have been informed by your customer service people that once you receive the returned order a refund will be processed within 14 days. Hopefully your courier has more success in returning items than delivering them.
My whole experience has been frustrating and frankly a complete waste of my time. I wish I hadn't ordered from you, and am unlikely to do so in the future. I have now placed my order for the goods with another company who I can rely on to actually deliver them.
It's now 29th August. Still no refund after a further 18 days. Utterly pathetic service.
