Received stromberg polo top
Called customer service to be advised need for email with pictures of said item ,which I sent .
They advised collection would be arranged and once wrong item received at depot correct item would be sent.
Email then received informing shorts no longer in stock and money repaid.
Time elapsed from order to out of stock advice 2weeks!
Think the shorts could have been put on reserve ,as company mistake ,for delivery after polo had been returned .

I was sent wrong size of shoe every time I contacted them they didn’t explain return of shoe very clearly I had to return the parcel and pay for return on cheapest courier they won’t send right shoes out until wrong ones are back then I need to email picture of delivery bill with bank account number I’m sort of punished for their mistake

What a bargain
What a bargain. The Adidas golf shoes are so comfortable and simply a great pair. Certainly waterproof too. I did get them at an offer price but such value for money.

Recently received second hand goods.
Recently received goods that obviously had been sent back previously. The box showed damage, had previously been opened. The goods were scratched and had pieces missing. OG first wanted photos of proof which I sent. Then said I had to send back at my own cost which would be refunded if the manufacturers agreed, no mention of refund.. Been using this company since 2015 but no more.

Terrible service
Paid for 3 day delivery, items never even got put out for delivery to my address. Then told they are sending them back to the supplier, nearly 3 weeks on I still haven’t got a refund and no explanation. Won’t ever use them again!
Update, after 23 days of having my money they are now telling me that it takes 3-5 working days for my refund to come back. Didn’t realise people still sent money via a carrier pigeon, the company is an absolute joke!!!!
