Good chat service, polite, prompt and knowledgeable.

Easy and quick to setup. If you want additional plan you can add it. The instructions will arrive via email in the next 24 hours after the purchase.

Good experience no major problems with OneSim. But company may need to consider other modes of delivery during a holiday season. If my plans have not of changed for my trip I would not have received the card in time, therefore I would have lost money ,but the customer service is good at least the ones I have had communication so far

SMS service is invaluable for expats. Pricing options & plans are presented somewhat confusingly on website.

I paid 79.90USD for their 2-step verification sms number.
The number worked and I did receive the sms code sent by PayPal but then PayPal suspended the account permanently saying the number used when opening the account is fraudulent&stolen.
Do not use their service if you are looking to get a US Number to open a PayPal account and for receiving 2-step verification SMS codes.

I'm a digital nomad who was searching for a SIM Card in order to make calls and have data in different countries - at first sight, the OneSimCard seemed perfect.

However, first of all: The "free" extra number is only free for 30 days. Okay, you could have read that when you click on all the links in the descriptions (but who does that?!). But that's okay. I get that - my fault.

BUT then there's the issue: You cannot use the number you get for any confirmation messages (e.g. from your bank, Paypal, Amazon,... etc.) - after being in contact with the customer service FOR HOURS in order to figure out the issue, they finally sent me a link saying that this is an added feature of their service and that I'll have to order a new number for this purpose (which costs $60 per year)... only to be able to use this phone number for all purposes. AND THIS IS NOWHERE IN THE DESCRIPTION!! WHAT THE ?!

I then asked for a refund and the customer service ("David") got really unfriendly, impolite and provocative - even though I tried to be as polite as possible about this issue. Absolutely unacceptable.

All in all, this was a super unpleasant experience and I do never want to be in contact with such an unfriendly customer service EVER again.

(I asked for a refund, but I'll only get part of my money back and do have to pay for the shipping. That sucks.)

My simcard expired so I called them for an extension. I explained that due to the pandemic I could not travel anywhere. They did not care and just took my balance
(about $50.00) away. Now I will only buy a simcard in the country I'm in. No more prepay ripoff.

scammer. don't fulfill the promise. when I asked for refund the money because they didn't fulfill the promise that's time close the live chat support by themself.

Very fast delivery, online video tutorials helpful. Phone working as it should.

Received my sim the next day. I did need to contact tech support as my card did not recognize the network when i installed it in my phone. Very helpful technician had me sorted in no time.

Did not work during my trip to Hurghada. Spoke to a few customer service agents with one agent questioning my honesty. Really? I never been more insulted in my entire life.

Clunky website and I haven’t got a cheap option to just get more credit for calls whilst in Jamaica.
