I experienced an issue with raising free form orders from the Purchasing (Marketplace) system to order essential STEM products. I had an excellent experience with OneAdvanced, thanks to PJ. As soon as I raised my case, he picked it up straight away and followed up with a call almost immediately, even leaving me a voicemail to ensure contact.
When I asked if we could connect via Teams, PJ sent an invite straight away and made time to talk things through in detail. On the call, he was outstanding. He clearly explained everything step by step, guided me through how to resolve my query, and showed me how to set up the feature I needed.
What really stood out was his patience, clarity, and willingness to help. He’s a great listener and made sure I fully understood everything without ever making me feel rushed. On top of that, he was genuinely friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience even better.
Amazing service from start to finish. Very professional, efficient, and personable.

I have worked Advanced for a number of years and whilst most of the knowledge and experience has left the business more recently, a few stalwarts remain who will go above and beyond to ensure things are done and delivered in a timely manner. One to mention is Dave Robinson. I have worked with Dave for 10+ years and he has always gone above on beyond to ensure any support issues assigned to him are delivered to a successful conclusion. How the new world of support is delivered by the new OneAdvanced Team remains to be seen.
